But what i didn't realize is that that particular mod - had to go tend to her daughter at the time. I was in a really fowl mood, coz i kinda found out that my ex partner used my credit card without my permission and then there was some other crap i had to deal with at home aswell. So i wasn't pleasant i must admit.

I mean, we all have our bad days and surely she can be forgiving since your day was so terrible. Sorry to hear about the ex...that was a lot of nerve for him to do. Can you dispute the transaction? I mean, even if the credit card company wants to file charges against him for credit card fraud, he should never have used the card without your permission.

Yeh they are disputing the charges, because i said i didn't authorize them. But i don't want to get the police involved just because he has a very revengeful mother who will do nasty things to me and my family, also he knows gang people and i just don't want to get caught up in it. It was only $50 and he can't do it again coz i canceled the card and got a new one. So thank god for that.
