@Nivvy - Hey dude! Erm leftovers from last night curried mince ^^, gonna do a roast tomorrow though num num! Yum meatballs! What's his recipe? I can't find a good one!

Our meatballs:

Grind;;
salada crackers
garlic
parsley

sweat onions in olive oil
add to uncooked mince
add all the stuff from the blender
add a dash of worsterschire (lol fob)
an egg if you want
and mix together
roll into balls

Place meatballs into pan, brown them up nice and good on at least 2 sides
Add can chopped tomatoes preferably ones with herbs and what not
salt pepper, and mixed herbs - and some red wine + tomato sauce if you want
MMMMMMM - we don't bother with the spaghetti these days

just cook away for like 15-20 mins, at least til the meat is cooked through
and there you have it. Yummmm

Oh i gotta send u the new sweet n sour pork recipe that i used and it was a success this time xDD. Gotta get the real instructions off sarah coz when i did it i used my own measurements xDD.

I don't have a recipe for the curried mince, it's basic as stuff lol.
Just mince and garlic browned - add mixed vegies & tomatoes (canned) that watties stuff is good. Then add some beef stock (the real stuff u buy in a bottle or cardboard box) and about 3 tablespoons of curry powder (depending on how spicy u like it) i also added about half a cup of tomato sauce and let it simmer, if u need to thicken it add a teeny bit of cornflour. ^^
