Really like where? Lol. You know the thing is i ran gaia down because of how money hungry they are. But i never had problems with moderators there. Infact when it came to issues in my casino and stuff, there was an admin there who was brilliant. And on the whole i never had any issues with moderators trying to pull rank on me. Though i did hear of others, but over 6 years of being there i haven't ever had problems.

Really, who was that and why? Eh, i just know not to argue anymore. There's no point. They all back each other, and you have no where to go, and no power over anything. You have NO CHOICE but to be complacent.

Yeah actually i should be finishing up this weekend. yeah i guess, but not as often. That site doesn't draw me in at all. Oh and i think someone must of told Jess i was talking about her, coz she's being very weird towards me online. I should probably tell her before i leave, what i think about her leadership skills so she actually hears it from me. I think she really needs someone to tell her straight, otherwise she will never improve.

Roliana. XD One of my friends on Roli has gotten 2 warnings from the same moderator who has always had a bit of an attitude. >__> I don't have a problem with the mod (yet), but some of the things she says can be taken quite offensively.

It took me a bit of courage to finally log back online, I think what draws me to Ruffles right now is all the stuff that I have missed during my leave. And that's dumb. I haven't told her anything though, if there was any doubt there. xD
Simply, my back up is that I was talking about her too so if someone told her - I'd probably be down in crap too. Which, I don't really care. I'm not going to lie about what I think about someone. Being honest is what makes you trustworthy anyways.

Last night I was assigned some pixel projects for Ruffles~ I had absolutely no idea what she was asking me to do, so I kept PMing her "so what was it again specifically that you wanted me to do? ^^ I'm really clueless at the moment." So after a whiles worth of message forwarding I finally understood what I need to do now. Part of it was my fault though, she gave me images to work with but it took me a while to connect the dots.

Bwahahaha. Well it was nothing bad about her as a person. Just the way she handles her site. Which she has to get use to back flack like that. I've never seen anyone manage an avi site like her. Though i'll give her one thing, she's quite lenient with rule breakers, if she can avoid trouble or arguments she does. She isn't a stickler like some people i know ;) lol.

Haha yeah it does take her some time to actually get out what she wants from you. I've had to ask her several times to explain herself properly.

Don't get me wrong, Roliana is a great site. xD It's probably my favorite avatar site. And there are some REALLY nice mods there, but it only takes one to ruin the whole experience for you. XD

Of course not! She's a great person to just plain and simple talk to. And xDD Yes I agree, easy going is the way she rolls. It's not a bad thing, it can be good I suppose for a site that's still growing. Being able to make exceptions and be lenient about things can draw more users to the site. :3

I don't know what it is with the internet but whenever I ask someone to elaborate, sometimes it just gets even more confusing. xD

@Kyo - OMG i feel the same way! I tried to explain that to one moderator & she continued to back this other mod up saying that he's human and humans make mistakes. Yet i can be spoken to like i'm utterly wrong and be told that i'm not a good person & can't make mistakes. But he can? Hmm yes makes so much sense!! But your right, after everything you only remember the bad things, the bad always out weigh the good. Sucks but it's true.

Very true. She has some good ideas, and the site is sorta coming along now that she has crimson and stuff. But i still feel she needs to really organize herself and get her staff into routine practices and train her moderators!! Cause all they do is sit around and get payed for doing nothing pretty much.

That can happen lol. Some people aren't good at explaining things though.
