Walking mostly. But i got this new swiss ball, so i'm gonna start using that too.

Swiss ball??? Like one of those inflatable balancing balls? You could try pushing yourself more and doing weight lifting and resistance training, that might help to push yourself enough... but I don't know I think before you step it up a level you should maybe see a doctor and see what they clear you for, because if there is potentially something wrong right now pushing yourself could be really bad.

Yahh that's it. Well i was thinking of joining the gym with rob. So i guess they'll do a plan with all that involved eh?
Yeah, to be honest its prob my diabetes. I think i just needa push myself beyond that "lazy/tired" feeling. But yeah your prob right. Only thing is i gotta change my docs coz 1. My current doc is useless and 2. I don't live in the same area anymore. So gotta wait till i got a bit of chunk change, coz it cost heaps to switch.

Wow I didnt' even know that it cost anything to switch doctors? Then again I haven't had a doctor since I was 15... so maybe it would cost that here though I don't believe it does. Its possible I really do not know much at all about diabetes aside from the person has to watch what they eat because of sugars... and they have to take insulin I think? Joining a gym isn't a bad idea but honestly for a while there I was just doing the wii fit thing and I lost about 20lbs in a month just doing that, and its a decent enough work out fo a while, its perfect to like "prep" your body so that you can do harder workouts. Imo anyway.

I havn't played any of the wii game except bowling.
I think I'd break the wii board or something too, so I wouldn't want to step on it. XD

Lol yeah, i don't think it's the cost to switch. More like, the first time that you go to the new doctor. It's way more then what you'd usually pay for a normal visit. Though i prob shouldn't complain it will be a lot less for me coz i have a community service card.

Type 2 diabetics don't need insulin. I use to take medication, but it was only making me sick. So i'm not on it anymore. The doctor said i can pretty much be rid of my diabetes if i get my weight right down and exercise/eat properly. So that's what i'm trying to do.

Ohh that sounds cool! Good on you, wish i had one! Lol. Robs brother is buying the xbox 360 new kinetic one, I might use that, if he'll let me. xD

LOL that's what i keep thinking. Plus it's embarrassing to see your BMI and weight and stuff up on the screen and everyone is watching you xDD.

Ah yeah I suppose that does make more sense. I dont' think we have to pay for either of that here though. I mean I went to the emergency a while ago and they did a bunch of blood testing and what not and I was never charged for it or the time I spent there or the doctor I saw.

Ohhhh okay I've heard of that kind of diabetes, the kind my brothers friend has is the one where he has to check his blood all the time and take insulin and what not. I think he's had it since he was born though.

Ah I dont' see why he wouldn't, but when you come into some extra cash you should try to get a wii, you can get them reasonably priced used or even new depending on what kind of sales they have going on. Its totally worth getting.

Ahh i don't think it was that bad nae. I haven't been listening to the news, but apparently a lot of houses got flooded and some people got trapped, and livestock died etc. But nothing too major. Like i don't think anyone has died ... Though i'm not 100% sure about that.

Oh well Utopia was this unique society of gaians. Once every month they would take 20 people in as members. It was run by really high up/ rich people. We had a guild (which was member only) where we could talk and partake in contests etc. And there was also a thread where they had items (even rare ones sometimes) that we could purchase for half price. I was thinking i may do that here, but obviously do it a little differently.

Yeah, i got in on the first intake xD. But i guess that was all thanks to the multiple times i gave my inventory away and cherish lolol.

Too be honest it's not likely to change very soon. It's been like this for quite some time now. Vixen pretty much did the same thing, it didn't change the MPG very much at all. Plus it's not like there's gonna be tons of items sold at half price, it will only be available too members. AND like utopia - You will only be allowed to do it once a month and if you purchase an item over a certain amount say a semi rare item or something. You will only be allowed to purchase again in 3 months. Something similar to that. So i don't see it hurting the economy here at all.

Well like i said, nothing has been happening for awhile. And i don't think it's gonna effect it in the slighest. Especially when items will only be given out to club members & only once a month. And since the intake will only be like 5 members a month or something like that, i don't see that happening. But eh, since your making it sound like it's gonna be a bad thing, i'll bin it and be selfish and keep my items instead xD.
