Hey shan, yeah we're fine we're in Auckland. But the quake did a shitload of damage, there have been reported fatalities. The phone lines have been overloaded since the quake - and i haven't been able to contact my family to see if they're okay.

The last one back in sept, was like 7.2 or something, but this new one was 5km from the surface, and hit during the middle of day when everyone was working. I had to spin around in my chair for 2.5 hours at work xDD. We weren't allowed to call Christchurch people asking for money after that lolol. I doubt we woulda been able to get through anyways, i tryed lines right down the south island, and couldn't get through.

Garghh... the earthquake seems so nutso... Lots and lots of damage, Roach and I are okay though. We live on a different island, to the one that had the earthquake @[email protected];; i'm digging out a bunch of clothes to donate to people down there. It's horrible... i've been listening to the radio all day, people calling in and talking about various experiences and such...

I hate to imagine what's being said in those experiences.. i bet some are just horrible. >:
