It means i couldn't afford the 5-6 hundred they wanted to fix his leg. So i had to surrender him to the SPCA. Which means they'll either fix him and re home or put him down if the damage is too extensive. It was the only choice i had, i couldn't keep him coz he was in pain and i just couldn't afford the money to get him fixed. Especially at xmas time, it's really sad :(. I balled my eyes out. Poor wee thing, but he was in soo much pain.
