i ate macarroni and cheese,
sale price ten cents,
for almost one solid month.
i wouldn't go to the food bank.
the boxes of macarroni and cheese were expired.
they were tastie when i was starving.
now, i have boxes of roast beef ramen,
alsot ten cents a box.
good thing i love them both!

I could live with ramen noodles. But not the mac and cheese. Unless it's the ones with the cheese sauce and not the powder. The powdered stuff is just awful.

We normally get either the Velveeta mac and cheese or the Bob Evan's brand which comes in the refrigerated section and just has to be heated up.

We don't have that kinda stuff here. Our mac and cheese has bacon in it. I'm gonna make some tonight and maybe have some garlic bread with it :D

This is true. I will be honest and say that I don't miss the days where we basically ate little to nothing because money was tight. :(

Or the days of being a student when all you did was live off noodles xD
I remember being able to pick up an entire box of about 20-40 packets for $5 and you lived off that eggs and bread LOL

20 to 40 packets for $5? Damn that's a good deal. xD
