I am one of those good people who actually know how to use a trash can. The only time I leave a plate on a table is at a restaurant you're supposed to leave it at.

I always clean up after myself. I think it's extremely rude to leave a mess. I also clean up after my friends and family. They always think I'm crazy and a neat freak when i just think it's really realllyy rude. haha

I can't stand when people leave unfinished food/drinks on the tables or floors -_-;; (unless the place says it's alright to leave trash). Is it so hard just to get up and throw their own trash away? I'd go crazy every time I see someone throw their trash on the ground D<

I used to work in a diner and I get what you mean, sometimes it's disgusting, especially the men's bathroom. I had to clean it every day and almost puked several times. Mostly, I didn't mind so much because I realized that it's why they pay me, so cleaning up after people equals my paycheck. But once a guy came in drunk or high or whatever and he had diarrhea on the floor instead of the toilet. I refused to clean it on the grounds that it was a bio-hazzard. I didn't get fired but, my boss was so mad when he had to go and clean it.

At my job, we sign a form saying we will not clean up any human mess, that way we can not hold them liable for "blood born pathogens" which means basically don't blame your illness on us. I just call maintenance for the gross human stuff, they have the proper gear to touch it an not get hepatitis.

*has worked in fastfood/restaurants* People are just very lazy and when they go out they expect to be taken care of. They're going out of their way to not fend for themselves and be "treated" if you will. Sometimes their manners stay in tact and they leave whatever waste they have on their plate or in the trash and then there are some who don't give a shit.
It's very annoying and sometimes it feels like they're trying to make a mess for you to clean up after.

Yes I agree with you. I used to work fast food so now I clean up before I leave.
