I think what people are suggesting isn't to try and even see the doctor you'd been seeing before, but instead seeing if you can get into the ER.

Here...and I'm sure nearly everywhere else -- it is by law that the hospital offers you immediate care if needed. Which of course...IS needed. So go into the ER if it's that terrible. And even if you have to go see the doctor during normal hours, they shouldn't be that far booked - EVER. Seek medical assistance now -- that's my advice.

Try not to panic, stay calm and go see your doctor as soon as you can. I'm sorry your going through this, but you'll get better and make it! Just keep telling yourself you'll be fine and try to keep your mind on other things, better things. But do go see your doctor.

You should see a doctor. My advice.
If they can't figure out whats wrong from scanning, they might have to stick a little camera up there and look. :/ Not trying to scare you, just warning you of what might happen.

Im not smart about this kinda stuff and im only stateing somthing thats out of my knowledge and could be a possability. i dont know if this is exactly what it is or the definition of it because ive only heard storys about it. If you have had sex recently. Could it be a miscarriage?
If its not then i think 911 would be the best option

My sibling had something really similar happen to him this month, as well. One morning, he just started bleeding when he tried to go to the toilet. He's been having a pain in his side for almost a year and we thought it might be related (thinking the pain could be an ulcer or something)-- we all rushed to the gastrologist he had just seen a few days prior thinking he was bleeding because of the "ulcer". Turns out it was just a hemorrhoid that he wasn't aware he had. There was a LOT of blood-- we even joked later that he had gotten his first period. :3
The doctor gave him some suppositories to use to reduce the hemorrhoid's size and bleeding. Do you know if yours are internal or external? If they're internal, they may be able to prescribe the same type of suppositories to help. ^^ I'm not sure how/if the weight loss is associated with it or not.

You should go see your doctor as soon as possible. I would say not to worry and try to have a more healthy diet, but I know that is extremely hard when you are stressed out about something like this. I hope everything turns out to just be something not serious.

Stressing about it won't help the matter, so try to calm down.
If the doctor is sure that's what it is, then that's what it is. Seeing as you're not a doctor and you don't know how they determine what they do, just let them do their job and listen to them.
You could also look up information online and whatnot about it to help you get some insight on what's going on.
