I actually like getting certain kinds of spam e-mails. Not the Nigerian bank ones or the penis enlargement ones, although those can be funny if they're badly-written enough.. XD but those weird ones that are just trying to pass a filter to send some advertisement. They're almost literary.

I hate it when the e-mail filter filers out e-mail that's not junk mail even when they're in my address book >: I just got an e-mail sent by my mom put in as junk mail. Dumb thing D<

I was forced to change email addresses because the amount of pure spam and junk I received every hour was just too much. Although, my Windows Live program lets me check all three emails at the same time. I have an email that I share with my friends, and another email that I use to sign up on most websites, because those websites will just sell your information to advertisers.
My third email is just some insanely-secure (like, 472817348219 charactered password) account where I send important documents to. Although I hardly use it. xD

I still read the spam that gets sent into the junk email address, just to see if society is coming up with any new tricks these days. But nope, they're all the same; banks of africa offering to store money into your account (yeah right).

Well I actually don't use my e-mail. Only to activate accounts. I have a separate e-mails that don't get any junk mail on that account and I have so many un-opened messages right now on the one that has a million (not really) messages.

I know the feeling! Alot of junk emails have slipped into my inbox instead of my spam folder. I can tell you right now 2 of my emails have over 1k emails in my inbox. It has gotten to a point where i'll just delete all the junk in in my inbox in bundles when i have time.

Most of my junk email goes right to the spam folder, but I do get a couple a day that don't. They're always really easy to tell apart from the actual emails though. I don't even bother opening them, I just mark them spam. I suppose it might be a hassle if I got more of them, but it really doesn't bother me to get the amount I do now.

Once you start signing up for all these sites, you get nothing but junk mail. I'm so used to it now it's scary. Although I did enable the spam thing in my folder to automatically delete them. Now I don't have to go through them anymore. :)

I'd just check them and see if they have a "if you want to unsubscribe.." etc, try using that. It'll get rid of some of the unwanted junk.

Junk mail...is really, really annoying and takes so much space in my inbox.
The amusing part is...
People have started sending me the chain emails over MSN now.

It's totally annoying. Most of mine no matter how many times I mark them as spam, end up in my normal inbox. Then you start to wonder, how did this happen?!?! So now I have one email account for letter-writing and receiving regular email and one that I use to sign up for free stuff, or make accounts with. That would be my suggestion to you, just start a new one. :)

Now I have 2 filters because it goes through 2 e-mail thingies.... but I still get junk mail T_T

I find it rather annoying. Seeing as it seem's unavoidable. I haven't been on a couple of my e-mail accounts. I signed into one just in it there was 1287 e-mails...What I hate is having to search through them all to make sure that there isn't anything of importance in between all the spam. So I mainly delete them. Cause it's just a waste of my time.

I rarely use my e-mail.
Mainly just for accounts on other sites or for projects with friends that don't use AIM/MSN.
So I rarely get junk mail.
When I do, it's automatically sent to my spam folder.
But I don't think I have it set so it automatically deletes it after a certain time if I ignore it.
My mother's e-mail though, sheez.
She gets 20+ junk mails a day.
It all goes to her spam folder.
It's so funny, when she logs in it looks like this most of the time:
E-mails: 2
Spam: 47

I've never ever had a problem with junk mail, as I don't give my email address out often. When signing up for a site I know I won't use often I use a spare email address to keep my main inbox clean! <3 Sometimes it looks too clean though, since I don't get much mail. ;3;
