Morning Platinum!

I have to admit that I'm not crazy about the hats, but the dress looks great! I wish I'd been able to earn more money during the event so I could have gotten a couple more of the dresses.

Oh, it was great! I had one of my favorite Mexican dishes. I hadn't eaten it in at least a year >w<

It was nice and warm, great for the cold weather.

MMMM, Mexican food. I wish I knew of a good Mexican place in my area. I know there ARE good Mexican restaurants, I just don't know where they are. Tonight I went out for Italian with a friend I haven't been able to hang out with for a few months. It was great getting to see her.

I live in a very Latino area of the state, so it's not hard for me to find the good or the bad. XD

Anyway...

I eat Italian food... everyday, I guess. I live in Italy! 8D
But because of that, I don't eat "foreign" food that much... Traditions rules at my home. :yes:
And until some time ago, I never thinked that so much people in the world like Italian so much... It quite surprised me...

Wow, I've never met a real Italian before. Super neat~ I totally envy you.
Except for the not being able to eat many non-traditional foods.
My family's relatively traditional, but I'm not, which is why we sometimes have a hard time getting along ^^;

Really, I'm a bit sad about it... Sometimes I've been able to sneak in some sushi (because my parents know about my Japan-madness and they have gave up about it) but usually we eat mainly traditional Italian food... I am also getting a bit bored about it...

I have a hard time getting along too because of their traiditional being... Especially with my dad.

Having traditional parents that refuse to open up to things can make me very angry.

I am very open about my belief in gay rights, but my parents make fun of me, and fun of them, whenever I say anything about the fact that not allowing same-sex couples to marry is discrimination.
I thought getting married was supposed to be about love, not about how one person is different from another.

I have a Chinese friend who's getting tired of HIS traditional food. "Too much rice," he says >w<;

I find it annoying.

People should never make fun of others, especially of other people's thinking...
Actually, I try to live respecting everyone's ideas and beliefs, so I don't mind if people of the same sex do love each other... If they're happy, then I'm happy too. I hope I explained my thinking, some way...

Lutefisk you wouldn't even want to come close to. I personally have never gotten past the smell :P

It's some kind of white fish preserved in lye. I think they eat it to stay preserved up there in the frozen north.

Lefse is better, depending on how you eat it. It's basically thin potato pancakes. You spread butter on it, and sprinkle brown sugar on it and roll it up.

I prefer chocolate...

I miss having juice boxes at home, but mom doesn't want me anywhere near them. I drink them up too fast XD

I once went to a fish shop and had to stand inside it for almost an hour. Never doing that again. Ever.

I've never been one to watch out for calories that carefully XD;
