College libraries aren't nearly as much fun as a good public library.
(In my opinion anyway).

Ouch. Not sure if I've been up against that one yet or not. I learn organizational systems fast. That's one of the few bonuses of being anal retentive and obsessive compulsive.

Another author I liked: Heinlein.
Cut my teeth on Heinlein... Have Spacesuit will Travel and Podkayne from Mars.
Liked him a lot... then he turned into a dirty old man, and I stopped reading his books.

Also, on the subject, Asimov wrote a book called The Sensuous Dirty Old Man that amused me greatly.

I've been reading the Sword of Truth series.
I got way too into it back in high school and put it down for a while.

To be honest, I never got into that particular series.

It was an unusual book. But funny.

I think the reason I got so into it was because I had nothing else to read at the time. I'd already cleared half the library, and the other half was below the 5th grade reading level and therefore not worth the effort.

Jean, I was in another thread, and the girls there wanted my undies. And PC trapped me in a cage. And so I told them I'd give them my undies...if I could have her bra.
