Hiya everybody!

I was just reading all the stuff I missed last night. Sounded pretty spooky.

I thought it was funny, Jeanie....you saying how creepy it sounds, and there you were with your vampire teeth. (Must have been pretty bad to creep out a vampire!) lol.

Hey Thoth! Now you're looking more feminine! I guess you're a girl after all (I wondered, but it didn't really matter, so I didn't ask).

Platy, you're lookin good now!
Yes Jenova - you know that you'd better be careful, when Platy grabs that hammer!

I cross dress in real life. XD
Yeah, I generally dress as a dude, mainly because their clothes are way more comfortable.

You know, the way the faces are drawn, I can't really tell the difference anyway. I've always thought that Mr Mayor was a gal!

Hi all, work has kept me busy all day, so I really haven't been able to do anything online. I finally have a few minutes free to breathe! How are you all?

Hello *waves to everyone*

I'm easily creeped out, my cats take advantage of that when I'm alone at night they make noises downstairs like someone in the house so I go down to check and they run upstairs because i can't see them in the darkness.

I loved having my cats around. Then whenever I was alone at night and heard a strange noise, I could tell myself "it's just the cats", and I didn't worry.

Now that they're gone, I hear every little noise and it spooks me.

I try that but I still have to make sure, I was all right till the time two men broke in. My mum was downstairs and all the lights were on but they still broke in. I mum heard a noise but thought it was just the cats then she went in the kitchen and a bloke was standing there. Since then our house is like a fort, at least 3 locks on every door that leads outside and always locked with those little alarms that go off if the doors opened.

My God! I would have freaked out! What did your Mom do?

We have an alarm system, but we don't actually *set* the alarm unless we leave or until we go to bed at night.

It's monitored, so if somebody breaks in, the company can call the police.
There's also a panic button, so if we hear somebody or see somebody in the house, we can press the button. There's a keypad by the back door, and one in our bedroom.

She shouted "Get out you thievin bastards" and told the dog to get them. The dog didn't even wake up she just barked in her sleep and never moved but they ran away. My cat went behind the microwave, it took me 2 hours to get him out and now he hides every time a stranger comes in the house.

We put an alarm on my Grans house after some lads tried to kick her doors in, we had to replace her doors because they had broken them we couldn't even get the back door open for ages. Now she has door with metal sheets between the plastic, the guy said they wouldn't be able to kick them in.

I've heard of doing that to doors.

My husband's Dad did that with his doors after somebody tried to kick in their back door. (They live in Houston)

Now they just get a sore foot.

Our back door is glass. All they'd have to do is break the glass. But then, our alarm glass break thingy would go off, and the cops would come. The alarm is *really* loud also, so I would think just that would scare them off.

Yeah probably, my Gran has teenagers hanging around her garden drinking booze they've got from the corner shop. The council were meant to have put a CCTV camera up and the police are meant to sort them out but they just say they haven't seen them. They just throw their rubbish my Gran's garden and leave, they've broken her wall as well so it's falling down.

I'm gonna go now cause I've got revision to do, cya later. :)

YAY, YOU GUYS! IT'S FINALLY UP!
Spirit Week Thread

This is where the official planning of my first user-run event will take place. Join in on the brainstorm! And please support it there if you want it to happen, because otherwise it'll be shut down before we can really get things going =( If you know some good artists with great banner-making skills (especially those move-y ones!), let me or LoversEnd (the big leader) know! =D

We painted the thread back to Purple. Platy is armed with her hammer, if it becomes necessary.
I'm good, just a-working on my groundplan.

You can rhyme orange with doorhinge if you say it with enough of a drawl.

Or Lozenge. People Do that anyway :P
And most people aren't aware that there are actually rhymes to Silver and Purple.

Silver - chilver (Female Lamb), also the phrase "Kill her" works in poetry.

Purple - Curple and Hurple

Quote:

hurple is a scottish word.
still used in scotland.
it means to hobble.
or walk with a limp.

curple is a strap under the girth
of a horses saddle
to stop the saddle kicking forward
Orange actually has two, but they're names of places/last names:

Quote:
rhymes with Blorenge, a hill in Wales, and Gorringe, a family name

Nice~
I've never even thought about rhymes for silver and purple.
But now that I think about it, it's kinda like orange too.
