My cousin doesn't want her to go, he was angry when she went to see my Grandma in the hospital. We can't really stop her and my Gran never told her she didn't like her because she didn't want to upset my cousin.

Well, as the family, you really need to just put all that aside at the funeral.
Let people pay their respects. Maybe the person feels guilty, and needs to be there...

I suspect that you're going to be so busy talking to all the people that you *do* know, that you wouldn't have time for the others anyway.
I know that there were people at Mom's funeral that I wished I had talked to, but never was able to get around to.
