What on EARTH is a Panty Auction? I saw them mentioned on the Menewsha Exchange board rules, but I've never heard of it. Is it literally an auction involving panties? It seems like it must be something I'm not picking up on :P

I see it as just a way for others to get a lot of gold. Because they know so many people can be interested in the weird "tradition". Basically, someone places their panties up for auction and people bid on them -- simple as that. I still remember the first panty auction on this site. It wasn't a very pretty thing at first. As so many users debated against having them. But they are now allowed.

Jennifer pretty much nailed it on the head. "Panty auctions" are basically a way for people to cash in on their own popularity by selling an ordinary pair of underwear, calling it special because it's theirs, and getting people to big on them as such.

I've always thought it was a ridiculous tradition, personally. :)

The items the poster is wearing all came from the Celes Paradi event, and likely were obtained completely free. :)
