Plus my mum likes things a particular way, so she'd end up doing the maids work anyways xD.

My computer got a virus but luckily it's all better now. I have no clue how it happened though. I don't really know where I could have picked it up from. Plus I'm wondering how it got through my computer's defenses. >.> Not fun.

I know I've been bad about coming on Mene. I'm sorry. I just get in these funks and don't feel like getting on the internet for a bit. Blah.

@ Chi : They're not exactly FORCED into it, per se. But yeah, it's normal to have several maids in the city. They're treated well though. =) Well, at least the people I know who have maids treat them well. <3

So their hard-earned money normally goes to their needs, or to their families.
I still wish there was more I could do for my maids, but that would be very hard. :x

Drivers are a different story though. Most of the time they don't live in the houses of their employers, but sometimes they do depending on the arrangements and stuff.

What if the maids have family's of their own?

And yeah, drivers are normal like maids. ^^;; Well, they're "rarer" than maids though.
We don't have a driver right now though. =O Had a couple bad experiences with them in the past, so my parents don't trust them as much. :x But that's all right though, since we don't need them as much anymore cause my brother and I can drive now~ 8DD;;

@Roachi: No the virus didn't really do much damage. We caught it in time and managed to fix it. I just couldn't use the computer for several days. But I'm glad it was just that and nothing really serious.
