Hmm, pretty much, yeah. That's the only sad thing about Mene events - they're horridly time consuming simply because you can only click every ten mintues.

Well I figured it out yesterday on my own as well. Only thing that still bugs me is the separate counts of snow, because I can't tell if I can use both to get gifts or what. >,,< Why do they have to have so much going on at once. The one up top accounts for posting, well, it would be easier to just have that count AND the one we get from out freaking ten minutes clicks, lopped together!

I'm just guessing but I think the count in the bottom circle is to show how much you contributed. just a guess.

Yes we can, and you bring up a good point. That might be why there are two counts. But if the one on the bottom is just for the team, then why am I doing it??? Ugh, I honestly don't care about the team thing, LOL mean as that may sound. I should not have joined one, I can do without all this mess, my eyes are going different directions on these Mene events lately.

And I am doing both account, so you can too. At least, for the bucket thing on the bottom. But if it's not going towards me getting a gift I'm going to stop.

-edit- Okay, I just used my mule to get one of the gifts, and I've not posted even once with her since the event began. So it would appear that clicking on the snowfield page DOES count towards your buckets, but so does posting. I have thirteen buckets on the bottom, and that number didn't change when I exchanged for a gift.

True enough - the buckets you earn with posting aren't added to that count with the Mayor.

Wait, they're not? Sh_t. I need to tell Leela that.. they should be though, wait, they are! Because every time you click 1 time 10 minutes, you get a bucket up top AND at the bottom. Posting is just another way to get them, but you only make 0.25 of a bucket per post.

Because those two haven't been released yet - at the start of the event, only the first two were without question marks.

And while you do get buckets for chatting and such, they aren't added in the Mayors count -but- you can use them just as easily as those you get from the Mayor.

Yes exactly, like I said, too much going on trying to make it fun for us, but really it's just confusing me. And I was already wary since last event was kind of .. eh too.

I liked it ok I didn't like having to knock on the doors and get a bag of nothing. I wasn't happy with that.

That's what I mean. I just would have liked if we knocked to have gotten something, and I wish they hadn't mixed up currencies within the knocking. Knocking could have been the candy apples and posting was already corn, so it could have just been that.

Pink, Ell, yep the Halloween items were brilliant, don't get me wrong. I think this event is much easier on me, albeit boring because I'm doing more clicking every ten minutes than talking.

That's a very Pixel Addict resolution if I don't say so myself. Mine is quite the opposite though, in order to really concentrate on college. I am going to be so loaded in a few weeks.
