I understand that the staff volunteers to do all the work that they do. They have no real obligation and can just simply decide to not help with the development of this site. But to be honest, I'm not a fan of bias people on here. Sure, I adore the staff. However, I surely don't judge them based on their status here. Just as many peope do, we make our judgements about people. Not everyone is going to like everyone. Thus, I'm not afraid to say that some staff members I just am not friendly with for various reasons. Just as I'm sure others (including some staff perhaps) do not like me. But the code of respect teaches me to be polite anyhow. Even if I do not like a person and/or disagree with their way of doing things.

In fact, I'm rarely chatting with many of the staff members. I'm more of an accuantince than anything else. Nearly all of my close friends on here are just regular users. And I respect every one of them.

There's at least one staff member here I dislike for my own reasons. However, I appreciate what good that staff member does. I don't judge them because they're staff, but I will always appreciate the good that each member of the staff contributes to this site.

Ya know, I honestly wish others would understand that. You don't have to like a person, but you still should show them respect.

@Jen - Sorry to butt in, but i agree! I don't hate/dislike any of the staff members here, i mean there was one that i was very mad at for a long time over an infraction i got. But i got over it, and realized that she was only doing her job. Also being an admin of a very large thread on gaia, i kinda realize that having a position of power and responsibility does create enemies, as some people just take things too personally. :)
