Guys, I'm sure the staff appreciates the kind offers of volunteering for events, but I think they would prefer staff representation at the booth during all times. Just to keep a level of professionalism and to make sure the giveaways and such are fair. Not saying they are wanting this, but just in my opinion and experience, full staff representation is best.

Just deciding to finally pop in here since I read something posted by Elmira! This is going to be the first 'member conducted event' I have ever participated in so I hope to take part in some of the contests going on! :) Though at 1pm Eastern time, I think, its 1am over here in Malaysia... which means, it's starting soon?

I hope so! We're having art and writing contests along with a few rounds of trivia - there will even be prizes!
