So is Chibi part of the staff still or not? It kinda confuses me. I know she was, and she left, but did she join the staff again?

They are not full time devs but we consider them part of our staff, yes.

Could you actually tell us which staff members pixel the clothing, and who all handles what? So we can give everyone proper tribute?

Omi does art and occasional pixels, the rest of the devs are all pixelists.

I think it's been mentioned several times before, but here is the list of the current staff. We do our best to keep it very up to date so it's a reliable source to check if things change in the future.

EDIT: This list does not include our commissioned pixelists ChibiTotoro222 and Manxana, but it does cover everyone else.

All pixelists/artists are monetarily compensated, I think. As of...a year or so ago? Someone else correct me if I'm wrong. xD
I don't think there's a site that doesn't offer a stipend to its developers.

By commissioned pixelists, it's like...we get assigned things when we are available to do work and therefore lessen the workload of the main pixelists because everyone knows how extremely busy they are. @[email protected] <3

Aside from our site costs or hardware costs, our Developers are the biggest reason why there is money flowing out of Menewsha's coffers. We have high-quality art/pixels because we pay our Developers. And they sadly are only able to be paid far less than they deserve to be.

Ahh... I see. Well, I do hope that eventually (because it would be silly to expect it right away) the developers, AAs, and anyone else on the staff that deserves it get paid because the site makes more money.

Just please, don't ever take the Gaia route towards trying to get money. D:

It'd be lovely if we could afford to pay more staff/pay staff more. :B Hopefully in the future we will grow large enough that we can support more people. :yes:

And I think you know the staff's position on being intrusive with advertising and sacrificing quality. But we do need more means of obtaining funds. We simply hope that our methods will not be seen as money-grubbing, invasive, or sacrificing of quality of enjoyment. We are users as well as staff and it is important to us that we do not alienate our users.

Okay anyone that wants to help PM me and I can help getting set-up to help with something.

A couple notes, Juniper is my assistant. She will be helping me the most and what not, she's like the co-operator of the event, so everyone love her and respect the girl.

Second, the theme for the event is Hollywood where we will have the staff be seen as high class people that are popular, pretty, handsome, and rich. They are like the stars of the event.

Third, I am working on getting layouts for the main starter threads, and the biographies are going great.

I'm so lazy to do anything like this. :gonk: I'm a smart person and enjoy doing things like this. But it's more of a ...on my own terms sort of things. I'll start something and slowly work on it, eventually finishing it. But I'm too much of a bum to get things down ASAP. I'm really sorry. ;O;

I'm really sorry. I just wouldn't want to take something on, only to not finish something in time for you. I admit, that staff biography thingy, where you have to write a short paragraph, seems like a lot of fun. And I know I could definitely finish that on time. However, it'd probably be sloppy and full of jokes/sarcastic remarks. :XD

I'll see what I can do as far as donating to the funds though. <3 :)
