I don't know how to summarize it so I'll just write what I remember from the movie.
Basically someone steals money from the "class safe" which was going to be used on the KOKtail cruise. (KOK = Fraternity). The 3 main characters are blamed for this, so they dress in drag to live in the DOG house. (Sorority).
Well anyways, they have to find out who stole the money because they sure as hell didn't do it.
There's a video recorder in the room where the safe was, so their main goal was to get that video tape before the KOKtail cruise, and expose whatshisname.
