Yeah, you could. Though, I never do cause I like the challenge of making sure I click the right berry every time, especially when a pokémon comes up after a bunch of eggs! X3 Plus, I want the feeder statistical achievements! <3
But I definitely did set it so that when I open party or a window-ful of tabs, once I warm/feed the egg/pokémon, it automatically closes the tab. Saves me some hassle at least. : D

But I think I'll go with my Roserade to be my second level 100 pokémon, seeing as how he is already level 50 in just a couple days based on clicks alone. <3 And I'm even going to let it get to level 100 without help from gaining levels via battling! X3
And seeing as how your Horsea is just around level 50 and aiming to get to level 100, want to race to see who gets to level 100 first between my Roserade and your Horsea? ;P <3
