and its good to spend time with your grandparents. mine on one side passed fairly recently and i know i spent as much time with them as i could given my circumstance and theirs. and despite how trying they may be, it was great spending time with them.

Yeah, I did feel like I got a lot accomplished, which was a good feeling. :yes: I do like seeing things clean, even if I hate the actual cleaning part. XP :lol: You need to get on top of that unpacking! I hate having stuff just sitting around in boxes. I like moving in ASAP. :D Moving also sucks though. :lol:

I don't get to see these grandparents all that often, so I do try to make the most of the time I do get with them. Since they live so far away, I can't really make the trip on the regular. I just hope this wasn't the last time I'm able to see them. :sweat: You just never know what'll happen when you get old...

Sorry to hear about your grandma. :( I'm sure your grandpa loves it when you visit him, especially since his wife just passed not too long ago.

My grandpa on my dad's side is probably around 92 now, and he lives in assisted living. My grandma died a few years ago now, and he's been by himself since. He's pretty social around his assisted living place though, and he exercises daily, so he's doing pretty well, health-wise. I should go visit him soon. I don't see him enough, even though he lives in town. He's just on the total opposite side of town from where I live, and it's a 40 minute drive. :sweat:

@ Sizz - I actually rather enjoy yardwork, personally. Haha. But I really love to see our yard looking nice, so thats probably why. And it feels good to be doing something and getting stuff done. I always hate when i'm stuck at home and accomplishing nothing.

Sorry that it was so stressful. They sound very stubborn. lol Family can be so stressful, it seems.

Heh. I like accomplishing nothing most of the time. :lol: But then again, I can be super lazy.

I'd much rather clean the house than do yard work though. I have horrible allergies, so having dust and grass in my face for hours at a time is just NOT FUN. XD

true enough. my grandparents lives 2 hours away so i understand that one completely. although... i did know when the last time i was going to see my grandmother was. and i tried to see my grandfather the night before he died. my mom would drive me... so i didnt... and he died the next day.... i knew he would... i am actually really upset at her for it... but its not like i could tell her... be like.. " mom, i need you to drive me to grandpas.. he is going to die tomorrow... dont ask me how i know... i just do... so can we go?" he would think im crazy... since i cant predict anything else it seems. just people dieing.

Eh. I rather prefered your avi without the extra light and music notes, actually, Keyori. I think it makes the beautiful theme that it was before kind of die a little. Instead of looking like she's outside somewhere beautiful, it makes her look like she's inside on some set or something.

I don't normally like sugary looking avatars but this one punched me in the face with awesome and niceness. Also the creator is super nice and Traded me their Eggplant Hibiscus for 4K and a night at the grave yard. :heart: I can't wait to make an avatar with it!

No problem honey, and you did a good job. I view myself that way too, as a loner. At the same time I still post a fair amount so I know it's not completely true. That's why I started joining more threads lately. Two months ago I had never been into this section of the forums until someone had nomed me for this, and I kinda just stuck around. Which considering how long I've been on Mene should be labeled as some kind of crime.

There is some crazy good competition this week.
