Sindi, the best way to do it, easily, would be (after you've right clicked and saved the avi to your computer) go to google and search for imageshack. The first linky will take you to the upload page of image shack. Then all you have to do is click the upload link, it'll automatically pull up your computers documents file, so you just find the saved image, double click it and it automatically uploads to image shack.

Once you've done all that, it will give you a series of urls, pick the "forum" url, copy it, paste it in notepad.

Paste the nom form in the notepad, set up your nom form, then copy the whole thing and paste it in the thread.

It seems like a lot of work, but thats the easiest way I've found to do it. All together its roughly (depending on the speed of your computer) 2-5 minutes worth of work.
