I'm a sick insomniac. :cry:
I never sleep and feel sick all friggin' day and soooo tired but no amount of laying down or sleeping helps.

I prepare psychologically for sleep starting half an hour before the time I'm planing on falling asleep, go lay on bed 15-10 minutes before the time, fall asleep, and wake up 4 hours later by alarm to do my homework before going to school :ninja: You'd think I'd oversleep on weekends, but there have been a couple of times where I'd wake up 4 hours after falling asleep in a saturday without the help of an alarm :sweat:

Sleeping too much can also result in grogginess and all that as well. :x <3<3

Yeah sleeping too much is the worst ><
