You feel like you do after you just finished spinning around a lot. Very dizzy and like you can't stand up and run into things. I could barely move without bumping into things this morning. And I could feel the blood leave my face and arms. Like I was going to puke or something. I just kinda sat on the floor in the bathroom trying to steady myself by deep breathing. I felt like I was panicking for some reason.

that sounds like a head rush neph ... like youve stooden up to fast or something ...

But it lasted the whole morning. And I was breathing fairly heavy. I fell better now though.

oh okay :s well thats a bit odd... even though you feel better now you should probably go ask a doctor about it

yeah...I hates me some doctors though.

hahaha you may hate them but they may find something that could be seriously wrong with you ... thats what happened with my most recent ex ... he went in for something and they ended up finding that he had severe kidney failure

Sounds like a panic or anxiety attack to me. I get them a lot. Funny thing - a few shots will actually help.

I went to the hospital once b/c I thought I was having a heart attack. Turns out, it was an anxiety attack :sweat: But the meds they gave me play on the same receptors as alcohol does.

but at least they worked for you though
