Well, for the event commons, check the special event store. For new cis, there is always an announcement thread to sample it.

And that's where the new EI's will be as they're released, too
They'll be on the last page. None are up yet, though.

Yeah, the special event store is only open during events and holds the event commons and the EI's that are out at the time. New stuff CI's won't be in there.
