lol i am fairly shy in person as well its one of many reasons im not making friends in the new state.

That is too bad. I have been here long enough that I am beginning to settle in and make friends. Once I am your friend I am as bubbly and outgoing as I am on here.

This may sound silly but the thing that helped me most, was pretending that life was a movie or play and I was just an actress, playing a part. It made it easier to be outgoing or what not. 2 years of drama team really helped out with my shyness.
