I've never had that problem, luckily, but for my friends who were on the heavier side, they first had to condition themselves to move beyond the, "I'm fat!" phase before they could do something about it. ^^;;

I eat pretty good, but I don't know :((.

I have a flat tummy, but thats due to doing crunches when I get the chance (should actually probably start doing those more. School is gonna make me fat T^T ) and I have a fast metabolism

My best friend jokes that its because when I eat all my food just goes to my ass -__-

I've also got the big bottom and too soft thigh syndrom that i'd like to remedy.

Ugh, that reminds me of the guy in my Math Foundations class.
He was essentially the person who dresses like those 'douchebags' off of Motivational Posters, with the pink polo shirt, popped collar, tattoos up the yin-yang, over-gelled and spiked hair, jeans down past his ass, and the flashy shoes.
I walked into class, sat down, saw him, then facepalm'd big time.

I wish I could manage to run a few miles. I couldn't even manage to run much more then a lap, if that, most likely. My asthma has been getting worse and my lungs have gotten all weak since I haven't been working out regularly.

But if you want to work on your stomach, I'd definently suggest doing crunches. They're hard at first, but if you do them as much as you can each day, then you'll see an improvement :)

Suona ~ Agreed, I just wish I hadn't hurt myself right after having my son, so that I could have had better results flattening my stomach. Though it appears I may have let my stomach get soft enough, that this time when I tone back up, the skin will go away. I'm hoping. I'd really rather not deal with getting naval reconstruction. >.<

Running has always been easy for me. Even with a heart murmur... but asthma makes running quite taxing.

And yes, that'd be good. And its really quite easy to do crunches once you get use to it, and it really does do wonders on the stomach. :)

Mhmm. I feel so horifically out of shape, because all I have to do is lift some heavy things around or walk up a flight of stairs and I get all winded. Last night I carried in a bunch of things, and had a big organizer with a box of dog food cans and a box of cat food cans that I carried in, and then a big bag of dog food along with two other bags, and by the time I got everything in the house, I could hardly breathe. I had to sit down and rest for a bit.

Yeah, I cant really figure out the veil. It kinda looks strange without it. And I haven't really found the hair to go with this outfit...
