OOpsies. XD Well, I think it has a lot to do with the Author of the book.
I think she's stingy and thats why everything came out crappy.

Same thing goes for Trueblood and Vampire Dairies.

I think we'll see more books being brought to life and I bet 60% of them will fail most of the time.

I haven't watched Percy Jackson movie yet... and since I've read all the books. And from watching the trailers, the movie doesn't fit with it at all. Everything is mixed up and is misleading to those who haven't read Percy Jackson books before watching it*. /=

I don't know if anyone here has ever read the Neverending Story, but the author of that book was so upset - he wanted his name taken off the movie, as the author of the book.

I heard about that.
I loved the movie for Falkor. Though it was kinda awkward when he moved around.
It looked like a Asian Dragon prop they use in parades, jostling its head around. xD

There's another movie on it, too. The animation one.
And then theres "Pirates of Darkwater"--which is kinda like a hybrid of the story as well.

The way they portray the Lightning Thief one makes it look childish x.x

It makes it look like only a slight update from the Odyssey. xD
Everything about the movie is all wrong and completely chopped up.
