I'm trying to cut back on my soda intake. Tricky, because I am a bit too dependent on caffeine, and I don't like coffee. Iced tea is a good option, though.

Yeah ice tead is definitely my caffeine thing for me cica. I don't think i could go without it.

I eat at Subway, because that's the only place other then McDonalds in my town...
And They don't have Lemonaid at this one...
So Rasberry Ice Tea has saved my life lol.

Caffeine is not on the diet either. Though lately I've been drinking decaf coffee, because I :heart: coffee muchly. I can't stay away from it.

Wings: Plain or at worst lightly sweetened though, definitely. I really can't stand sugar substitutes. Too frequently, they are too sweet, and leave a weird aftertaste.

Oh i just go with sugar... but I love sugar so eh.

Which is why, I try not to buy them XD

I have been a little better about soda intake. I haven't completely stopped drinking it, I had some a couple nights back, but I have been trying to drink more water than anything. I shall try those tips and look for that stevia stuff. Can you find stevia anywhere or just in certain places? Also...I'm a total coffee addict. D:

Ya know what is so sad about my case? I could go with these diets without whining or anything... but that would require my family to follow it with me and they're soooo not for any strange diet or eating any less than we do now :XD My BMI is 23-24, so it's not so bad, but I'd really like to look healthier @[email protected]

I love coffee, but I only take it with at most half a spoon of sugar when I know I'll need my body to withstand cold temperatures like that time I went snorkeling with just a swimming suit even though it was 7am in the morning and Florida was going through a cold winter :insane: Otherwise, tea has half the burning effect :angel:

Oh, I'm sure he still does to a degree and I say that without conceit. He has already admitted that he really liked me once, but he also knows that I don't like him the same way. He offers to pay for just about anyone he invites to chill with him. xD
