I'm doing an updated look for Gi, and I thought the asian style skirt would be nice. They don't have a choice of skirt by itself.

I'm a bit disappointed the judges didn't like my avatar more, but such is life I suppose. *shrugs* I'm proud of it because I thought outside the box. ^_^

And I have no idea how I'll be doing the Captain Planet challenge... :sweat: I don't want to spend money on male clothes... :lol:

I found Gaia real pretty before. xDD;; And my favorite was Linka, since I had a thing for wind/air elementals at the time. 8DD;; Then again, I would still pick wind/air as my favorite element today. ^^;; <3<3

Fire for the longest time was my favorite element, and I still have a pull towards it from time to time, but now it really depends on my mood. xD

It's why I sometimes switched over to water when I felt like it. xDD;; But I dunno, fire never had as much of an appeal to me as I thought it would have. :x Ah wells~ It's still cool. =P

I don't want to spend gold on male commons and I think a female version of a character is an interesting take on the challenge... or something like that...

I like yours slow! The avatar is nice, though by looking at the avatar I wouldn't be able to tell that the element is "heart" (or nature would be more correct I suppose, based of his bio). It'd be nice to have more black spread out as well, instead of just in one area. And as for the hair, I know it's a girl avatar but I think you should try and keep it as boyish as possible since he is a boy.
So yeah, it looks good, but there are some improvements that could be made too.

I'm really iffy on it, though I spent like an hour on it.

Slow: The outfit is nice enough, but I really don't get Ma-ti from it. I remember from the show he was always talking to animals, so I probably would have used that, though I guess his bio doesn't mention it, oddly.

Crep: Wheeler is Scottish? D: I actually like yours, though maybe a different haircut would be better.

I know, he's American, but I couldn't find any other way to get red up there and still make it look decent D: I figured since he lived in the city (New York) maybe he would sometimes wear hats like that just to be stylish...? /lameexcuse
But yeah. If anybody has a better suggestion for the hat, please don't hold back XD

I changed the style, does this one look better? I was hesitating between the first one, this one and the curly one, but the curly one looks weird with the hat.

@slowtrain: You've got a good avatar, but it doesn't really stand out much to me. I dunno... I have no complaints but there's nothing that I have to really say about it... :sweat:

@Creps: I think you're off to a great start. Try changing the hairstyle and posting a few variations so that we can figure out which one looks best. It's hard for me to picture what each one looks on your avatar. If not, I don't really think the current hairstyle you've got looks too bad. :)

As for red items that you could put near your head, try using Tatsu the Dragon, the red kringle hat or one of the bandanas.... lol, these are kind of crappy suggestions, I know. It's actually really hard to find red items for your head. xD;;

I guess your best bet would be tatsu the dragon, imo.

I just have to say that Lynne's avatar makes me go :drool: minus the belt. DX

@ wips, Slow, I don't really get the character from that. Its too off from his character. And Creps, what I see I like. The scarf is a good use for his element, and I like how you've updated the bottom of his outfit to make it more modern/edgy but still true to the character. And the hair works for me.

@ Seiki : I needed red and since I'm a stooge I opted to use the only one I had. xDD;; But I'll take it out for you. >83 Lolz. 8DD;; Need to get myself a Gold Choker too, while I'm at it... >.>;;


@ slow : Like some people have said, I don't get heart from it. :x And, maybe black socks/stockings instead of black? =O

@ Creps : Heeyy, I was planning on using that shirt too! xDD;; Anyhows, I like the scarf, but the hat and shoes throw me off a lil. Or maybe it's just cause the image of Wheeler saving the world in slippers is kinda funny. 8DD;;

yes, I know that his power is about animals and nature and I am planning on using a panda for that but they aren't in the mac
I'm definitely not using that hair in the final avatar, it's just the hair I use whenever I'm using the mac
