I love that item, the Jade Ronin. It's so prettyful. I want it, but right now I am focusing on my quest. Does anyone have suggestions, it's the avatar in my sig.

The first is some sort of tree spirit. xDD;;
The second is an abstract representation of the world. Green is land, blue is ocean, golds are the sun, and red is the lava underneath the earth's crust. xDD;;

Seiki- I love your avatar! I think you should replace the silver dragon gloves with the teal circus gloves though.

Ry- I like your avatars for what they are, but for the contest I think they're a bit "off topic". I mean, the challenge is to make a green avatar, but your have so many other colors that you can't really tell which one it's for, especially since the colors you're using are so bold/bright. I think you should use green and pick maybe two other colors (either black, white, gold, silver or a shade of brown would be best to not make them stand out) to use as accents, but you really need to make the green stand out.
The blue and the purple you used in your two samples draw too much attention to themselves instead of making the green stand out.

Slow- I like all those avatars for what they are, like Ry's, but I don't think they fit the challenge much.
The first one, I love the color scheme, but you focused too much on the colors and not the items for what they are. The only items that would even make me think of water is the sash, the rest of the items have nothing to do with what you're trying to represent. Try and find items that go with the theme.
I like the second one, though I think the thing that bothers me the most is the fact that there are so many different shades of blue/teal that it doesn't look like water anymore. The colors look good together, but in this situation they don't mix well enough for me to make it resemble water. What I would do is take out the royal blue and the teal (not the atlantis color, you should keep that) and work with the paler shades.
I don't really like your third one though, I think it's just a personal preference though. I don't like the white skin with those colors and it really resembles your previous entry for that challenge.

Though, I really like your current avatar! It makes me think of a forest warrior spirit or something xD If I had to choose out of the four avatars, I would go with the one you're wearing now.

Sure thing! I hope what I said helped. You did a good job but again it was just too much to make me think of water, I knew something about the avatar bugged me it just took me forever to figure out what XD

I really like the bottom part ^^ the helmet brings in way too much white, plus it kind of restricts the avatar so a certain theme, maybe you should do something else with the head?

I have the teal gloves with the purple stripe as well.

Yep ^^ they were released just after the masks were in 2007 so I don't think you were around then? Not too many people use them anyway so it's understandable xD;

Thanks for the advice, Creps. :3 That's what I was worried about actually. The boldness of the other colors, I mean. ^^;;

Anyhows, I tried to literally take the "Green" challenge for what it was: a green-oriented one. So, instead of adding other colors for complimentary sakes, I tried using greens that weren't as commonly used. ^^;;

Here's what I've come up with, based on the first of my previous avatars shown a page back:

First one is a simple try. Gonna expound on it more, but I feel limited by the mask's red beads. D: So, I can't help but add red somehow. ;_;

Second one is something more abstract. :x Instead of the usual white/black/gold/silver highlight, I tried peach. xDD;; Needs work, but the result isn't too bad, I guess...? >.>;;


Now, I think I need some rest. D: Entertaining over 20 people while sick is bad enough. xDD;; But I wanted to bring this out there before I headed to bed. ^^;; <3<3

I need to think of a new avatar. I found the coolest shoe combonation: Order armor boots with panda slippers.

You're welcome Rylynne! I like those ones a lot better than the first ones. The first one is nice, I do like that olive green color, I would recommend using the olive green hair color with a real avatar but the mask takes off hair.

With the second one, the peach color is another good compliment color to use! As long as it doesn't overpower the green feel free to use anything (well feel free to do whatever really, it's your avatar after all xD these are just suggestions).

I think out of the two I like the second one best, I really like the cream/peach color with the green. Good job! And I hope you get better soon D:

For the first, I'm thinking of duping the mask so that I can expound more on the olive color, actually. =O And as for the second avatar, I'm SO SO SO tempted to add another color (because my normal avatars have at least three distinct/different colors >.>), but I'm scared that it will overpower the green. D: I might add something more conspicuous though, so that it's not that blaring. ^^;;

And yeah, I'm starting to love the peach now too. ^^;; Gonna play with it a little more tomorrow though. No energy right now to MAC properly anymore. D: And aww, thankies for the well wishes on my health. :3 <3<3

@ flea : I think you need more black and some brighter red on your avatar's top, since your middle and bottom have loads of said colors, while the top is lacking. ^^;; For balance. =P
