I've owned this hat for a long time and never actually made an outfit out of it because it never seems to look right.

You know we only have this many layers because Jelly loves the really layered outfits. XD There are way more than I think is normal for an avie site.

@Cami: Definitely. XD; I'm always frustrated trying to wear stuff on Gaia since they have less layering options (especially with skirts/pants, shirts, and head items - depending).

Even with so many popular items that everybody seems to wear, all the avatars are unique because of all the combinations people use.

Haha since I still use Gaia, I'll go there and sometimes wonder why I can't wear multiple skirts, or I'll come here and think "that avi would go perfectly with THIS item...wait, that item's on gaia >>;"

That's why I hate Gaia for avatars. They're so limited with their layers.

Having thoroughly enjoyed Mene's layering system, and having neglected my Gaia account for many months now, I don't think I'll get used to having such limited layers again when it comes to avatars there. ;_;

I'm debating between Hot Potato and Scary Potato. XD



The second one is more visually appealing (eh, eh?) but it's definitely a less accurate interpretation. Scary Potato looks more like a potato, but it's more likely to haunt your nightmares. (I'd probably take the water off too, I was just having fun. XD)

Hot potato scares me more then scary potato.

foggy, I don't know where you're going. I think this is one challenge not to overthink. Go simple, and don't second guess yourself.

I love the Hot Potato better. I don't know why, but the only thing I care about on the other one is the head and the rest I could forget. Though I do love the head combo for it...I'll leave it up to you.

Hmm, that's true. I tried to make a more interesting body for the scary potato one, since I do like the mask combo, but each time ended up over complicated, which defeated the purpose. I'll see if I can manage something better tomorrow, but since it's my last day of real class before finals and I have a presentation and I have to start moving out of my dorm, I might not have time. XD

Ferra, I'd personally suggest going with the Scary Potato after reworking some of the clothing a bit.
