Force yourself to do something out of your style. You seem to pretty much stick within your style. Getting out of out of that could help.

Foggy, I prefer the simplicity of the last one, but as Cherry said, the double bandanas seem sorta weird to me. ^^;;

And seriously, does it have to look like a Rubik's cube? The challenge is just to use four colors from a rubix cube, not turn your avatar into a square jigsaw puzzle.

Foggy: Of the ones you gave, I like the third one best.

I tried my darnedest to get it to look like a Rubik's cube, but it just didn't work, at least not flatteringly. =/ I do like this last WIP the most out of the ones I've made so far.

I think it looks unique, which is why I like it. And the colors are accurate to the cube.

Ese - Try emulating someone else's style?
