Su, yeah, that's really a big part of the whole thing. Its a really fun way to grow your inventory. I know it's helped a lot of people expand their inventory drastically with new commons they wouldn't have thought of using before because they had no idea how to use them.

I just have it there for if there are way more applicants than the 10 contestant limit so I can narrow it down a bit. Decide who I think will do the best overall out of the applicants by browsing their samples. I know what your avatars look like though, so you can just say your current.

Hmm...When does the new cycle start, exactly?

Spoon, yeah, I come up with them myself. Its kind of hard sometimes because thinking up themes that will work and carry out through a whole cycle is difficult. You have to make sure that your theme can be molded into multiple challenges and that the challenges won't be too similar because you're limiting yourself to what you can do with that theme. Like the Renaissance theme is really hard. There's only going to be six challenges this time instead of the usual 7-8 because I found it very challenging to come up with even six challenges for this theme.

Windy, I think you'll do fine. You both make really good avatars.

Su, don't be nervous about it. Everyone usually thinks that they'll do worse than they actually do at first.

I'm giving everyone time to apply, so I'm going to use up the rest of this month for applications since we still have another week of the current cycle. I figure give it a two week break so people can enjoy the event and have time to recuperate and we'll start the first weekend in March.

My head is swirling with ideas for challenges like The Spanish Armada, The Black Death, Michaelangelo all that good stuff.

I think that's another thing that changes based on themes. For this upcoming cycle, I have them written out a bit differently. The challenges are much more structured because the theme is such a hard one that it doesn't allow quite as much freedom.

I'm going to apply for a judging position for next round. I figure that my experience as an extra special judge this round has prepared me to go pro.
