I've never disliked a single song she's released. Some of her fashion taste is a bit questionable to me, but she's a great performer and I love her style most of the time.

Sizz: You certainly have the right not to like her. XD Not everyone is going to like the same thing. It's mostly that the words "fuckin" and "vomit" seem a bit vehement for something as unimportant as a pop artist.

I'm not actually a big fan of her musical style, but I love her weirdness and I think her music videos are really creative.

For those people who do like (or kind of like) Lady Gaga, this medley is awesome: YouTube - Lady Gaga Medley It combines five of her songs seamlessly. It really sounds like it's just supposed to be one song like this.

I was feeling vehement at the time. Sometimes I just can't help but throw in those more 'powerful' words when I get all worked up about something. XD

Also, it bothers me that so many bands/artists are underappreciated or unknown because corporate radio refuses to play their songs. (WARNING: Generalized statement to follow!) Most people listen to the stuff that's on commercial radio -- which, in the U.S., is mostly owned by ClearChannel, a huge corporation that is paid by the giants in the music industry to play only their artists. It's just frustrating for me I guess because there are so many artists out there that are BETTER than people like Lady Gaga (IMHO), and yet she gets so much more attention. I just don't understand it. She's not doing anything groundbreaking IMO. It's dance music for the club...

I don't listen to commercial radio for a reason. But I do :heart: my NPR. :D


Anyways, now that I've ranted about commercial radio, I shall bow out of any Lady Gaga conversation, since I'm such a hater. :lol:

I can't remember the last time I listened to a radio. XD I think the radio is something that is, in general, only listened to in the car, so in big cities where most people don't drive, you don't have as much of a radio influence.

We have problems with that here. Most of our audience doesn't drive much (small town) and we lost our webstream because we don't like getting raped by labels we don't have a license for it. I think once we get our webstream back, our listenership will rocket up. Hooray independent radio!

Sizz, they found him this morning in his home in England. It was a suicide over the death of is mother. He hung himself.

I don't know if you guys saw it, but I did say a couple of pages ago that you don't have to do direct cosplays anymore if you don't want to.
