I'm back now.

It was a birthday party of a friend of my roommate's that I went to with the roommate.

I'm definitely introverted, but I'm actually fairly good in social situations. I can talk to anyone once. This was a party with drinking and dancing, and not a whole lot of talking, though. I'm not so good at those.

I don't mind parties if they're not just useless. When people get together just to drink and dance to really super loud music and be stupid, I don't have time for that kind of stuff. But if they're more like social parties and get-togethers with friends, I don't mind those.

And on the topic of alcohol, I wouldn't drink just to get drunk like a lot of people do. I want to be the kind of person who thows those lavish kind of cocktail parties where all the people I love get together to have cocktails and chat with each other and just mingle. I could never be part of the party scene where everyone's just drunk off their asses for a laugh, because it's not funny.

I'm great at socializing and meeting people and chatting and what not. But, like you said, i'm not one for drinking or dancing. :x

I'd much rather just hang out with people while not intoxicated or having someone grind up against me. -__-;;

I passedmy server exam! yay xD And we started making tips and server salary today xD even better. xD
My feet hurt like heck right now though, fromworking a long night shift and tomorrow i work lunch again x.x so yeah.
And I am totally jacking wifi from one of my sisters neighbors since she hasnt gotton cable yet and i am sleeping here untiltomorrow because it is close to my job xD

I totally have to agree with you there. So over the whole ""Lets get drunk and stupid" stage. I'm beginning to think some of my close friends are getting very bad alcohol addictions, going out clubing/drinking almost every weekend. I get called boring, cause i never wanna go! :(

Aww, suck! D: Why would anyone pick that time to dump someone is beyond me. How discourteous.

My party was kind of "meh"... One of the friends that attended was really rude to me all day (we've had a rocky history) and a lot of my good friends couldn't make it for various reasons. I was happy to see other people though and some parts were very fun and memorable.

We do have plague doctor masks lol. They're in accentuate. Your talking about the ones the cover your mouth right? Like when sars was going around? Or ... like gas masks? xDD

Yeah, it kind of sucked. XD But my birthday party wasn't the first she's attempted to crash. Usually another friend of mine will keep her in check, but she wasn't there, so I finally had to call her out on it towards the end of the party when I was finally fed up.

Ahh i see! That is soo weird LMAO. That would be a very interesting item to have, we were talking about having beak like masks before, for some cosplays we were doing.

I thought the plague was bound to pop up in the challenges this cycle. Good luck guys, this sounds like a toughie.

@Roachi: She denied she'd done anything, so I'm not even sure she was consciously aware she was being so mean. :sweat: Oh well. XD Such is life and I'm fine not talking to her for a while. Last time she pulled a huge bitch-trip (with a lot of things leading up to that) I stopped talking to her for about 8 months, but she was living out of state at the time.

I'd like some beak items myself. :) I'm a fan of masks, but they can be hard to work with.

@Ferra - Ahh one of those ><. Why on earth are you friends with her, if you guys don't really get on? I'd rather not waste my time on someone who acts like they hate me lol.

Well she was great to spend time with at first. XD Back in high school she used to sort of be the "pillar" within my social group, so all of my friends were her friends. I still count most of those people as my friends, but within the past few years she did a lot of weird self-destructive things and treated us like crap, so her friendships have suffered. Everyone still acts nice to her, but she's not the center of things anymore. That's probably why she can't hack it when other people receive special attention, like on birthdays. :P

But that's all old drama. :) I saw your mask outfit, it looked pretty cool. I'm interested to see what people come up with.
