I love the use of the red of course for TB.

I think the items you used are simple which works here because they give you the thin appearance. I love the raindrops to represent sweating.

My main issue is the background, I see your point in using it(you where going for the chills correct?) but I dont really think it works all that well I am afraid. TB has Fever as well as chills but your avi looks downright cold.....

EDIT: I meant to mention the Glitched eyes work really well there.

The cobblestones at night background might work better if you're trying to represent "sweating at night". I agree that background looks a little strange, especially paired with the snowflakes.

Cause it's really there just to symbolize cigarrette smoke, whereas the rest of the avi represents a blackened lung.

Urgh, I know I said I wouldn't give feedback, so I'll keep this vague, lol: I don't think you necessarily have to balance out every color, since you're representing a theme.

@Bri- yeah I said that too lol, I fail.

@Winter-Unless to add more smoke, then no dont add more white it. White would then become pointless. I like the use of the blacks and bowns to represent the blackened lung but the gold kind of confuses me. It does add depth but it doesn't really feel like a color you'd see...
