lol, I only ever made one male avi (well one actual attempt at a male avi....I did glitch a girls panties and bra on a male avi once.....) and it was maor fail.

Just use the male items with the female base. Ignore the male base. XD;
Thats why my avatars look like the male base because I wear the male items that flatten the chest.

water to blood - I actually do have the blood, but it only shows up a little bit by the feet. And the pond actually may work.

black death - Yeah, I dont think I could manage to make it swollen. And I was thinking that time is ticking away, but it could be removed

I make so many different kinds of avis. ><;; I dont think mine really follow any set theme.

Mine aren't ALWAY overly girly....but you can definitively claim them as female's there is no blurred lines.

I love the clock on the black death avatar, actually. Most people (once they knew they had the disease) knew that they were to die soon within a few days.

It seems like people liked pyro, insomniac, and leprosy the most. And some liked Black Death.
And I updated leprosy to this one, I'm thinking. Now to work on those other ones.

OOH! This challenge has room for creativity, like a lot of it. This has a million shades of gray.

Someone could do cancer for example, and someone could do addiction, as another example.
