I might be retiring as a host within the next couple of cycles. I don't know if I can keep it up much longer. Might have to take a bit of a hiatus from the contest before I get worn out on it.

I see. :x Either way, I think you do deserve a break, as keeping up with Project Mene does add up to the stress, right? =O
Also, sort of out of topic, but from what time/date to what time/date was the Green cycle held? :'> <3<3

December 08 - April 09. It was one of the slow cycles.
I don't find PM stressful. I really do like hosting it and all that, but its just not really top priority at the moment. I have a lot of stuff that I need to get done and its proving really difficult.

I remember. xDD;; That was when judges took around 2 weeks to judge, right? XP
Thank you for the answer then~! :'D <3<3
And I see then. :x
PM shouldn't be a priority though, I think. I'm always on the camp of RL > Mene, no matter how much I like being here. ^^;; If you feel that PM is getting in the way of accomplishing some things, then maybe a break would be good for you. And then you can come back after resting up. :'>

The big problem is that over the past three months (still can't believe it's been three months already) I've put in well over 150 different applications for a new job and I haven't gotten so much as an interview even though I've called and done follow ups and went in to places that I applied to speak with managers and the whole nine yards. Its a really defeating thing, and I can't really keep up financially with all the stuff that I have. Granted, its not really a lot of stuff. It's my car payment and my phone bill, but I can barely afford the car payment on my unemployment. And my brother just got fired from his job so he can't help at all in the phone bill even though its half his. Like he even bothered to help me pay for it before. I'm probably going to have to cancel the phones, but I don't know how that will even happen because I still own them half of what I paid for my phone and then the cancellation fee. I don't know where I'll get the money for that.
A lot of my problems are financial. I can't do anything because I don't have any money, and I can't get any money because no one is hiring or even willing to give me a chance.
I just kind of feel defeated most of the time. Its really tiring and really emotionally exhausting.

That must be hard. :x

I'm sorry you have to go through that, Seiki. I really wish that wasn't the case. I wish I could help in some way, but all I can do is offer my support and maybe a few virtual hugs. It may not be much, but I do want you to know that I'm hoping for the best for you, and that I hope you don't give up on your job hunting. They don't know what they're missing. =\
It's hard, but try to keep your chin up, and hopefully things will look up in the future. ^^
...
Sorry for my uselessness in this. :'<

There's good news though. I'm finally going to be able to start going to college in January. I haven't had the best timing with getting things together, but I'll be applying for a school here in Phoenix soon. Its going to cost me like 75 dollars with combined applicaiton fees and getting my test scores sent out to the school and stuff, but it's an easy acceptance. I'm a resident so it's going to be super cheap (or at least half what out of state students would be paying) and I can choose to stay at home instead of living in a dorm to save more money. Haven't quite decided if I want to avoid the dorms yet just because it might be better for me to stay in a dorm and adjust to the whole school thing first before staying at home.

That's awesome then! :'D <3<3
Congratulations! ^^ And good luck with getting everything sent in and whatnot then! :'>
If you were to ask me though, you may want to stay at home first while you get your financial situation sorted out. Any extra expenses that can be avoided right now should probably be avoided if you can help it? Especially if the dorms are expensive (I have no idea if they are, as I'm not familiar with US rates on things >.<).

Its like an extra 4500 US dollars a semester. It would actually end up being just about 20k a year for everything as opposed to 35k for out of state.
I doubt I'll stay in a dorm permanently if I do decide to stay in one for the first semester I'm there. They always say that freshman who stay in a dorm their first year tend to do better in the long run than those who stay at home because of the campus facilities. If I do stay in a dorm for my first semester, pray for me haha. I'm scared to death of dorm living, especially in freshman halls. I would have no idea what to expect. The whole idea of shared living scares me.

Hmm... I shall compute that to Peso later, maybe. >.<;;
Sorry I can't relate. D:
And really? =O That's odd. :x That does not seem to be the case over here. xDD;; Although, dormers are freer to do whatever though, especially staying up late for projects, forums, and other shizz because they don't have to go home very far. =\
And I shall pray for you indeed~ XP <3<3
Hope your roommates are the awesome kind then, if you decide to go through with it. =)

I would rather be a contestant than a judge, personally. But that could just be because I've been a host/judge for so long now. Six cycles as a judge, and 5 as a host. Only one cycle as a contestant.

I see~ =O Maybe when you hand over the reins of PM to someone in the future, you can be a contestant again. XP <3<3
I've been a contestant once and a judge once as well. xDD;;
Guess I should be a contestant next again. =\ To follow through with the cycle. 8DD;;

Btw, I have to go now. Been procrastinating on work long enough. xDD;;
Bye for now~! :'D <3<3
