The overall quality of the entries were good, it was fun judging them.

And this round has a great theme. If I were competing, I know exactly which art piece I would be using to make my entry. :lol:

I'd love to be doing this challenge... I know it would be hard, but it would be so fun!

It feels so weird not to be in Project Mene this cycle, I've been a contestant, a judge and a contestant again for the past three cycles... and since my first go at being a contestant was a particularly long cycle... it's been a loooong time xD

I only used it cause the green stockings would overpower the rest of the avatar if I didn't reduce its color. >.<;; So, yeah, that was the only item I could use to help reduce it without using another pair of socks. xDD;;

I actually am finding the judging end was just as tough....I hope the contestants dont hate me...I was rather harsh.

Seiki and I have already discussed what will happen ro Project Mene after his eventual... demise.

I can't find anything good. It feels like if I try to look like any of the people in the paintings, then we'll all just look the same, since they all look too similar. :x And almost all their themes are babies, nakedness, depression, and yadda yadda. :< Nothing all too easily to represent in an avi. :illgetu: Be happier, you damn paintings, you!

I was gonna ask if I could use Bosch's paintings for my entry. They're quite colourful and random.
But the Mona Lisa and some of the other artists paintings are a little appealing.

And I know how you feel Suo.
I tried to be the sea-born Aphrodite, but she's naked, and I can't really add much. ._.

I figured a few might. Its so well known.

And yeah, half the paintings are naked, so its very hard to do.
And the other clothes are very droopy and we dont really have much like that. And they like all have babies. Thats just weird. And tons of them are really religious. :roll:

I'm determined to find something that I like, though. Or that I can at least make work.

I thought it migh be fun to try, and the little quirks would be fun to use, like her shaved eyebrows, and the colours of her dress.

But seriously, I really have a craving to do one of Bosch's paintings. He's one of my favorite artists.

Delacroix and Gericault would be amazing as well, but they don't fit the era.

And Seiki said that he'll let you choose a single painting that you want to do that is not on the list, and if you PM it to him then he'll consider it. If he says yes, then you can do it, but you cannot just do anything by that artist then. At least i'm pretty sure thats what he'd meant.

Perhaps just the way it sticks out and adds even more teal to the head
