Got a quiz in Hist tomorrow that i'll probably fail. T^T I'm sooo behind in that class. :x I really need to pass, though.

He's really really rediculous when it comes to his tests and quizzes. They're rediculously difficult.

Our first test had so many people fail it, that his curve added like 7 points.

@Su - Yes what cora said! :P. Whoa, sounds hardcore. Maybe all those people failing will give some indication to the other teachers that there's some issue there.

@ Roachi - We're hoping that he'll get the hint and realize he has to change something or else have his whole class fail. >_>;;
And he didn't remind us that he had put more journals up for the first time they were due, and I thought we had only one up. Well, I had forgotten to do them, and didn't get them turned in, and then realized he'd added 4 more and just didn't update us in class (I dont check the online stuff regularly, because it seems pointless). So I missed 50 points. 50 points!! I was and still am really pissed about that. There is practically no way that I can pass this class. and I got a D on the test. I was so devistated, but I knew I'd done horribly. It was rediculously confusing. Even a guy in our class that we know had thought it was really easy and got a terrible grade. My best friend got a C (which totally pissed her off because she's use to good grades lmao). So yeah, I think that the majority of the class is failing, but i'm most likely one of the worst just because of those damn journals. :<

I had a psych teacher who had no problem failing his class of 90 students......all failed except 1 student because he was rediculous.

I unintentionally got a senior editor at a publisher I interned at fired.

He was unabashedly flirting with me and asking me to dance at the company Christmas party, which the marketing director considered to be inappropriate behavior. She talked to the CEO, and the editor was fired for sexual harassment.

I dont think they really care about that at the college. The teachers each have their own process.

Yeah. I felt terrible that he was fired. It was actually a religious publisher, bringing the conversation full circle.

@ Cora - We have to fill out stuff to grade them and we can leave notes, and I clearly stated that his tests and quizzes are terrible.

He's actually a very nice guy, and he loves History. His lectures are bareable, and he has interesting activities. But when it comes to his tests and quizzes, he just makes them way too difficult for a History class. He expects too much of everyone. We can't remember every person and every date and what happened exactly when and by who, all the time. @[email protected];;

My Japanese professor this last quarter was fired, actually. >__> He gave us a ridiculous workload, constantly changed the schedule and instructions for assignments, and blamed us for not understanding things because we "should know them by now." (I swear, every single day we got at least one degrading comment about us being disappointing students.)

He seemed like a nice enough guy outside of class, but he just wasn't a very good teacher. =/
