I think I'm going to be fired. First day of work, and the programs aren't working regardless of what I do. I've called tech support, reinstalled the programs, emailed my managers, everything! I can't even get into my work email program. I had to use my regular email!

Its probably a mix up on their part

And seiki, first and foremost take a deep breath and calm down. It doesn't help to panic. Secondly its most likely a new person glitch that they need to work through, I'm sure it will be fixed soon.
