For the water one, I think you could get away with ditching the skirt you have for a different one. You definitely need some dark blue near the knees or feet to help balance out the rest of it.

But, omg, I love the CI's from this month. And I just got a check in the mail! Will be donating later this week for them~

Oh, yeah, I see what you mean... but wouldn't that take most of the similarity away from it? D:

Well, in Wicked, Elphaba and Galinda went to school together... so I figured I'd do a school type theme.
Anna: Depends on what you use instead. I see most of the similarities in the torso and arms, especially since the water blocks the knees and down anyway. I didn't even notice that the skirts were the same at first.
What are you wearing under the skirt? Maybe just wearing some ocean stockings would get the balance just right without you having to change the skirt.

Some people wish I'm just an urban legend...
It's okay though, this outfit looks horrible. I was just trying to use stuff that was already in my inventory.
And use the afro hair, once.

IS THIS GREEN HAIR FABULOUS OR WHAT!
And... I've never even been to NY but one of the legends I hear most often is about sewer gators... which is not true, but apparently is perpetuated anyway o3o

I wouldn't want to live in NYC. Too much city for me. I mean, I live in the city now, but it's totally different from NYC.
I wanted to go to Syracuse University for college, but that would have been horrible. Tons of snow and cold, and $30,000+ per year. Ha! Not so much.
New York state in general is pretty nice though -- at least the parts I've seen, which is mostly upstate.

I barely felt like I lived in New York City. I worked a job five days a week and an internship three days a week, so I was busy. Plus, my only friend who lived there was a bit of a hermit so we always stayed in and watched movies instead of go out.
Still, this is a hustle and bustle to the city that's a lot of fun. Something was always happening. And it was really nice in the summers.
But the winters were so gray and dreary. Nothing but huge monochrome buildings all around you.

I'm okay with gray. I see brown every single day of the year. Any different color would be a welcome change!
