Angelica had started breathing easier and she had thought she was going to die ut suddenly she felt renewed. She sat up, and looked at Muky and saw he looked tired. "Did you heal me?!" she asked in surprise. she looked behind him and saw all of her precious bats had urned to vampires. dang it. she thought.

Muky was now panting "I healed you but it might have been at the cost of my own life."He took a deep breath trying to get air. Then looked at her " Didn't I tell you that I would protect you with my life." He said trying not to show that pain that he was in now from the poison

Angelica got so angry at Deserve right then. She slowly got up and walked toward him. she stood right next to him and said, "if you don't tell me how to heal Muky right now i will cut your head off right here and now."

Deserve cackled. "If you can her my thoughts i will give you the answer." He simply must have the will to live.

he must have the will to live! Angelica nodded. she went over to the paling Muky. She whispered in his ear, "Do you want to hear the sounds of birds? do you want to see the rainbow and listen to rain drops? do you want to see and smell the flowers in May? think about this and you will live."

Deserve turned to mist and disappeared flying towards his home. The mist would gradually go away but ever so slowly. He wasn't sure what had happened. When he saw that the lights were dieing he helped them out thinking that they were human just like him.

Angelica saw the mist fading. the sun shining as brightly as ever, she sighed with relief.

Deserve grew angry and kicked the table picking up chairs and throwing them at the walls. what the hell have i done! Erebus will not be happy.

Frutis was watching outside as the mist diasappeared into nothing and it turned day time again. She went outside to see what had happened and if anyone was dead or not. finding the lights there alive annoyed her so much that the ground started to shake in a large earthquake. Grounds cracked open everywhere as she grew red in the face. Quickly frutis ran to Deserves house and barged threw not carring if he was naked even. She saw he was destressed about it becvause chairs had been throwen arround. "You!" Her voice was cold and ice. "You let them live!" She walked right up to him standing so close there noses were but inches apart.

she looks angry... Deserve felt the tremors under ground and wondered if she was making this happen. Forgetting what she had said about the lights he took her face in his hands and kissed her lightly breathing against her lips "Calm down Frutis"

Angelica watched as Muky began to breath easier. she sat down and started crying of fright.

Muky saw her crying and started to wip them from her face very gently. "if's ok every thing is fine and I will still protect you." He said in the most gental voice she had ever heard

as he kissed her the sun grew very bright and burned everyone who was outside, but in the same instant she slapped him and valcanic lava shot out of the ocean near the land. "Thats for not killing th lights... and this..." She wrapped her arms around his shoulders and kissed her properly "...is for kissing me." Again the sun grew very bright at the kiss and burned everyone again.

"Oww!" Angelica was burned by the sudden burst of sun. She dragged muky to the shade.

Muky was feeling better now but the thing that kept him going was not the thought of rainbow or birds. It was the thought of angel. He got up after being pulled into the shade very slowly "thanks for saving me and I am glad that you are ok" he said with a smile

Deserve smiled and pulled away from her. On the back on her neck he had left a mark there that told everyone that she belonged to him and he could also control her if he needed to.

"Yeah i'm fine." she said. "Just a little, ya know, freaked out."

The earth was still shaking as Frustis shiverd at his touch. and she new exactly what he had done by marking her. She ran her hands up his shirt fronton his chest watching his face.

Angelica just wanted to lie down. so she made a bed and rested, not quite asleep.

Night had fallen and deserve had invited Frutis to sit on his porch with him as he did every night to watch the ocean and the stars. He pulled her close on the swinging seat. "so your powers are based on your emotions?" He smurked "Half the town is burnt from those two kisses."

She showed nothing on her face but loked at him all the same. "I suppose it does." She shrugged didnt realy care much. Frutis reached up touching his face and then kissing him running her hand under his shirt leaning hard against him.

He grabbed her hand under his top and stopped her. "No... We barely know each other frutis." but he kissed her back anyway taking her hands away from him. He sat back and watched the starts thinking about everything that had happened.

Angelica was so tiered, she just needed to know one more thing. "Muky? are you a light or a dark?"

Muky looked at Angel with a worryed look on his face "I am kind of both. you see I was born dark but raised light, so really I do not know. Is that ok with you." muky said hoping that she would not freck out

"Yeah." she was a little confused, but whatever. "What is your power?" she asked. "I can control animals."
