Sorry, loves. I just got my internet cable back the day before yesterday. Then I spent half of yesterday running important errands, the other half working, got back from work at 1:30am, showered and crashed at 3am, woke up for class at 8:30 this morning and had 3 classes back to back. This is the first chance I've had to get online, and I'm so tired I wouldn't be here if I didn't have work to do online for tomorrow morning's class. :gonk: I'm about ready to pass out in my chair, seriously. x__x

I know exactly how you feel. I haven't been so tired in so long, seriously. Between classes, assignments, work and meetings, I don't know if I'll have time for ANYTHING. And my dad's all, "Why aren't you taking more classes?" :stare: Obviously, he has NO IDEA what college is like, lol.

I have been well. Had a relaxing summer. Went home, chilled with old friends, played some games I've been wanting to finish, went on two short vacations. What have you been up to all summer? =)

Uggggh yeah. I like my classes right now, which is excellent. But it's still a lot of work. I'm also stage manager for the play so that's another commitment. Haha your dad. xD Mine are just like "why haven't you chosen colleges to apply to yet?" and I really haven't had much time. T_T

Summer is excellent! Sounds like you had a good one. I miss it already, though I do wish to be done with highschool and into college now. D: At least my senior year will be pretty chill.

I stayed a month at an art college in brooklyn and took some classes for credit there. I visited my nephew/brother/sister-in-law in seattle. I did art! I dorked around. I wrote a bit. It was a good summer.

I know. I like most of my commitments too, but work is work whether you like it or not, and it'll be hectic and tiring this fall. I want to say that I'll probably consider jumping off a building in a few weeks to escape the workload I foresee, but chances are I'll collapse from exhaustion before I even make it to the roof. x__x

Haha well that's relative of course. I did enjoy my summer, but yours sounded fun as well. I made quite a few new friends and saw many cute boys. I only ended up getting to know one, though, and he was taken by a girl back in vermont. ;) No matter! Our whole gang had fun in the city.

Any ideas for colleges yet? It'd be nice if you could visit MSU while touring colleges. Then we could meet up! :D There IS a studio/fine art department here, after all, and far as I know, it's not bad, so you could always come check it out. =3

I enjoyed my games, for sure. And Bangkok was nice; great food, good shopping.

Oh yeah, Bangkok is indeed famous for its trans bars. A lot of pretty gay boys (or not-quite-boys, I guess, depending on how far they've gone; sometimes, you can't even tell they're not female), but I sadly didn't get to check out the scene I wanted to see, since I went with my dad. "Dad, can we go check out the gay and trans bars?" I'm sure that would have gone over swell, since I'm the only liberal my lineage has produced in a while. XP

Games are good. Especially when people are being complicated/difficult. Machines are simple in comparison. When I'm too tired to be social, I turn to my gaming consoles for company. 8D"

Because I keep getting into fights with my parents and doing stupid things. So I just kinda...up and leave to like my grandma's or somewhere every few weeks and stay there for a while until I stop being an idiot or my parents stop being the way they get. ^^;;

I knoowww I haven't talked to you in ages. D: I've been sick and in the hospital some, and I've been running off a lot. Like I said. ._.; And uh...let's see. My dad's been rushed to the ER like twice in a month, and both times we were told he was going to die, and then the doctors changed their mind the next day. Both times. That's extremely stressful. I mean- "He's going to die in a few days. Oh. Wait. Sorry, our bad, he's fine." :roll: And then my sister got some weird disease, and my grandma was convinced she had swine flu...and I got sick, of course, and our mom did, and so we did get a little freaked. Turned out she had bronchitis, and we had something else. >_> And I got my lip pierced (I can't stop telling people that cause I love it) and its infected and it hurts, but as long as my lip doesn't fall off, it'll still be worth it. xD;;

A lip piercing sounds cool. The last time a friend of mine had an infection when she got a piercing though, she had to remove the ring for a bit to make sure the infection went away before putting it back in. Have you tried that or asked about it? The infection might heal faster that way. =3

I agree that the panic over this thing is getting stupid. Everyone here is scared that they're going to get it, because some people only a little ways away have got it. @[email protected] Like, germ-x is totally sold out and people avoid crowded places. I mean, you should have seen Mexican restaurants when it first broke out. People seemed to think that because it originated in Mexico, that Mexican food should be avoided. It was the stupidest thing. :roll: And the media doesn't help. I think all of them are trying, but they wind up getting the panic worse.
This ring is awesome! I've wanted one for so long. ^^ And to be honest, even with the infection, it hurts less than the fake one I used to have. xD At least its not like someone has a clothespin stuck on my lip, like the fake one felt like. Yeah, when the infection started feeling bad, I called the shop where I got it done and asked the woman if I needed to take it out or anything and she said no, just keep rinsing it and it should clear up on its own. :3
I'm glad you're doing good! ^_^ I think college will be fun for me, but I don't look forward to the chaotic schedule that most of my friends have. xP I definitely need to get better at planning things so that I don't get disorganized and screw everything up. Well, the weekend is coming up, maybe you can get some rest! :hug: Labor day weekend, three days of freedom for my friends who're still in high school and its going to rain all weekend, so we can't go to the falls or anything for the end of summer. Maybe the rain will break though and if the water doesn't get to high...obviously we wouldn't go if it was dangerous to swim, but if it doesn't rain a lot, I think it'll be okay. The pools should still be open, and then we could just go there and not worry about high water at all. ><

Yeah! I saw that on a show once. (That sounds so nerdy.) But this guy was visiting ummm I think Thailand? and he met this group who seriously looked and sounded female but weren't.
