@Lue - I can't do that, im a diabetic i'll prob end up blacking out xD.
You totally should!! It's awesome ^^

@Nae - I'm on this diet, and food is limited. Like for instance i was only allowed 1 slice of toast this morning, and last night for dinner all i was allowed was a berry shake.

lol I didn't want to keep signing in between them. @[email protected];;
I use to be able to get tons on her because I would be on the desktop that had two different kinds of browsers that I could open up and have them both signed in on the different ones. But I dont have that on my laptop, and I dont want to coop up in the room. D:

Hmm. I am not really sure how much I sent over to my mule.
I think I got 5 sets. ><;;

Yup. Just IE.
It would help to have more, but I dont like to download stuff much. I am fine with it so far, but if I get frustrated enough next event, then i'll see about doing something about it.

Well it's only the 1st week so i guess i have to struggle through the starving stage. I'm sure i'll survive though, it's the only way my stomach is gonna shrink - if i limit my food intake :D. It seems to be working i've lost 3kgs in 2 days ^^.

I've never cared much for the other browsers. I've been with IE forever and it suits me just fine. :] Its familiar and thats kinda nice. And the other ones just aren't appealing to me. I'm odd, I guess. ><;;

@ Roachi - Just remember that in not eating your body can also do a 180 and you'll gain more weight. It relies on different resources and bloats and what not and takes in water.

Technically, the healthiest and best way to diet is to exercise and eat hardy, healthy meals. In order to really get a good and nice body its good to have some muscle, and in order to really get some muscle and get rid of that fat, you need to exercise regularly and eat well.

Yes hence why we do measurements, because of the water weight. ^^;
With weight loss, we all know that it can fluctuate up and down. But in all honesty if your taking in less food, your more likely to lose then gain. I mean people who starve themselves don't exactly get fat. Unless they're malnutritioned lol.

I think that's obvious if you don't exercise aswell, your not likely to lose very much cause your not burning any fat. And since i've stopped eating so much - i've lost weight. And that too not eating the crap that i was eating. I've had many a diet, and this one has been the most effective. And it's not only me, there is a forum with other people following the diet, and they've had very good results too. So fingers crossed :).

Don't worry im not STARVING myself, i'm just eating less then i would normally and not binging on crap. :)
Plus as i've stated before this is only the 1st week and the 1st weeks plan is designed to kick start your metabolism so that it works faster. And it's working because i've been doin number 2's a lot!! xDD

@ Chi : Good for you then! =O I hope that this sudden stop of eating so much will have your body adjust accordingly. =O Cause, I know that if you suddenly stop eating as much abruptly instead of going at it slowly like decreasing your food intake little by little, you will lose weight at first but then gain it all back because your body will be "immune" to losing weight or something like that. ^^;;

@ Su : I see~ I'm not convincing you to switch or anything. xDD;; Just curious though since most IE users have long ago switched to Firefox. ^^;; So yeah, I was just curious~ :'D <3<3

Hi guys!
I haven't "recovered" from the event yet.
I have tons of stuff in my inventory that needs to be organized and put in the right drawers.

Yup. I agree with what Ry has to say on the diet.

I just dont really approve of most diets, so i'm biased. ><;;
The mass majority of them are so unhealthy that i've grown bitter to them and bothered when anyone says they're on a diet. I've just always found eating healthy and working out to be the best way to deal with weight, but I can't say much because I eat tons of food, a lot of that being junk food, and dont gain weight because of my fast metabolism. So I dont really understand it from the other side and see what it might take others to lose weight. But I still feel there are healthier ways.

I do realize, however, in hardly eating it will make your stomach shrink some, and I know you mentioned that so I assume thats what you're trying to achieve by not eating much. I have just always found it to be unhealthy. And I personally dont think that because its working for others means its good for you. ><;; You can lost weight in many ways, but that doesn't always means its in a good way that its being done. I know my mom drives me nuts sometimes because she goes on these diets where all she eats is this gross drink mixture where its like water and lemon juice and pure maple syrup and cayenne pepper. And that is all she drinks for days. It tricks your body into thinking you're not hungry.

But i am eating healthy and working out? I think you guys have got the wrong idea.
The first week, as i've mentioned before is called a KICKSTART. It's designed too kickstart your metabolism for it to work faster. I'm not exactly starving, yes i moan about starving. But i'm not, it's just cause my body isn't use to so much less, it must adjust. The second week and so forth is designed according to your weight, and there is more food in your day.

I think those who haven't had to diet, and are naturally thin and have fast metabolisms. Really cannot relate to dieting. I dislike people who think they know what is good for someone who is overweight, because to be honest if you've never been overweight you just have no idea the length's we will go to lose weight - or the effects that it has on you.

Anyway, my diet isn't unhealthy, all the food is healthy and so is the recommended exercise per day. Diets like "shake diets that replace meals etc ..." I don't believe in. The berry shake i mentioned was actually made with yoghurt, milk and fruit. So it's not that powdered crap, it was real food! I wouldn't do that crap. It looks disgusting and i know it tastes disgusting coz a friend was doing it, and also because as soon as you go back to normal eating, you'll just pile it all back on again. Actually my best friend is a good example of bad dieting. She's taking pills that suppress your appetite. And she lost 10KGs. But the thing is as soon as she stops and goes back to normal eating she puts it back on.

I've always been told, from nutritionists even. It's really not what you eat, it's how much you eat.
