Well, glad to hear it then. Eating healthy and working out is what sits best with me, so that gets my thumbs up. lol
What kind of workout routine do you do?
I want to learn to do yoga. o3o

I agree. I can never quite grasp the concept. ><;; Well, I do know that you'd want to go to great lengths, but its just that when people do it in unhealthy ways that bug me. We all want a lot of things in life, but that doesn't mean you should cut corners to do most of it. Consequences come from that. Also, even though I do have a fast metabolism I still try to work out and keep toned so that I dont just look slim. I'm not scrawny, I have curves, and I have muscle. So its not like I dont work for it at all. Also, even people with fast metabolism still have chunk on them in some places, usually, or that little belly bump, and I can't stand that so I do crunches to keep a flat stomach. I'm really paranoid about keeping my body fit, so i'll try to keep it that way. Luckily i've learned good routines from PE classes that I took at the college. And i've been trying to regulate my eating, but its been getting horrible these last few weeks. ><;; School does that to me.

I actually hadn't read your comment about a shake. I was just bickering about my moms horrible diet. D: I try to get her to work out with me, and she wont. -__-
Yeah, thats no good. You think she'd catch on that thats not working. There are much better methods than that. More natural and healthy ways.

I always feel like it could be a mix. Because I eat tons food, of all kinds, and dont really gain weight. lol I usually will eat more than my dad, and he's like 6'2" and 250 lbs or something. But like we said, I dont think i'm really the best example. :x

I do Zumba, or i walk for 30 mins + a day. Annd i've got this thing called the ab circle pro that got bought for me for $300 at xmas. But i think i wanna get rid of that and get a standard treadmill. I don't like it very much.

I can't cut corners unfortunately. They will have catastrophic consequences, due to my diabetes. I must eat a healthy diet. So no powder shakes or pills for me lol. Just less food, which is sad, but i'm sure will be better in the long run.

Yeah i get lazy, i wish i didn't have to do the exercise part to be honest, i just find no joy in it at all. Cept for Zumba, that's fun a lot of the time. It's just mums home ALL the time so i have to do it in my room cause she doesn't like loud music -sigh- and there's not very much space in there.

Well your very lucky, i wish i was like that!

Oooh. I remember that we talked about this before.
I wanted to steal your ab circle pro and try the Zumba thing. lol

Eat salads and fruits. They are so delicious. :drool:

I have felt less and less motivated to work out, too. I like having a class that I have to go to and work in, because they I get everything done and really push myself. I had weight trainging (the actual weights, not body weight) and self defense both during the same semester, and boy was that a very sore semester. lol But I got in really good shape. I got more toned then I had been in a little while and it felt good getting in shape. I love being in shape, and exercising can be fun sometimes. Self Defense was a blast!

I think of anything army.riffic as very ridged and not very colorful. But your avatars are freaking innovative and wild and spicy! <3 I love your combos. *lol* Army is about the LAST thing that comes to mind.

I'm a hippie in that respect. *holds up peace sign*:rofl:

We're almost to page 400 in here~! :'D <3<3
I would totally celebrate by giving out art freebies if I wasn't so busy till the end of March. D; </3

But anyhows~

@ NumNum : You look too... earthy to be a doll though? Still cute though. xDD;; <3<3

@ Jean : Yeah, I noticed you haven't been posting much either? :'< Also, yeah, same here. My event commons haven't been arranged yet. Woot? xDD;; Oh well. ^^;;

@ Chi : We're not being discouraging! D: All I'm saying is that I've heard about how sudden diets can go wrong. :x I'm just worried. :'< Maybe I got the wrong idea cause you're always mentioning how you're starving, and starving is not a good sign at all for me. ^^;; But, if you say you're going about a healthy diet and exercise, then by all means go ahead. :'D <3<3

@ Faux : We can both be hippies then? xDD;; <3<3

Nope. I've been AWOL for a few days.
My sister and her husband were here for a few days, so we've been out and about (shopping).

She's gone home now, so I have some more time to "participate".

@Nae - Well ofcourse im starving if i'm use to stuffing my stomach until i'm full xD. I just realized also that the person i bought this diet off, is a phillipino xD. She lost 20kgs in 7 weeks. I've never seen an overweight phillipino 0_______0. I guess that's what happens when you move to places like NZ xD.

@ Jean : I see then~ =O I hope you enjoyed your time with them though? :'D <3<3

@ NumNum : I saw it. xDD;; Did you mean the one with the purple roses? XP <3<3

@ Chi : Hungry is different from starving though. xDD;; Also, awesome then! XP <3<3 And what? There are plenty of overweight Filipinos. xDD;; Just... not as overweight as say, Americans for example (no offense to them of course, it's a proven statistic). ^^;;

@Nae - I'm not starving trust me. You only have to look at me to see that i am well feed LOL. I am just hungry, and i use the term starving to indicate that i'm very hungry xDD. I've never seen one! I guess it's cause my cousins are extremely thin and all their relatives are also very thin. That's very true. Isn't it over 50% of americans are overweight? But then again NZ is pretty much heading the same way ...

If you say so then~ xDD;; <3<3

I guess we have a lot of "thin" people, so to speak. It mostly has to do with genetics though. :x Also cause the economy is kinda bad, so not everyone is given the luxury of eating as much they want and/or being healthy. :'<

And really now? =O I wouldn't think that that was possible. =O Then again, I don't know too much about New Zealand, so I can't say for sure. ^^;;

I don't think I know anything about New Zealand, except... isn't that where they filmed Lord of the Rings?

They filmed it there? o_O;; I didn't know! xDD;; Not surprising though. As far as I know they like filming stuff in New Zealand. Can't name specific movies at the top of my head right now though. ^^;;

I think they might have used it for Harry Potter, too. New Zealand seems like a great place to film some amazing establishing shots. :drool:

Ahh this is very true Nae. Even though my phillipino cousins are Nzlanders though and have been for years, they've all maintained their slim figures. My cousin Maybelle is absolutely gorgeous. She's got the perfect body! Soo lucky! >.<

Yeah i wouldn't think so too, as i don't notice a lot of overweight people. Only in the poorer areas. Where buying healthy good food just isn't an option. So they go for crap like pies, and chips and fizzy drinks because they're cheap! Rather sad to be honest, obesity is a disease and it's killing so many people ... who would ever know that something so good would be soo bad!!

@Fauxy - Yes it is lol. And i have been to the country lands where they filmed it too. Further down south, Absolutely magnificent, really breath taking! I've also been to the hobbit holes! :D

That's cause peter jackson is from NZ lol.
