I love the paranormal, I've never had a paranormal experience. The closest thing I've had is a dream about someone I know who had already died. Her name was Winnie Meade. She just said "hi".

I've had lots of little paranormal experiences and some big ones, but the dream thing sounds cooler than most of that stuff. >_>
Most of my experiences were rather scary, so a dream (even about a dead friend) seems nice in comparison. xD;

I consider dreams to be of paranormal origin whenever connected to a deceased one... Or say you have a dream about something that happened at a different time or at the same time but different location....

I think some dreams are sort of paranormal, and some not. Like when you just have a dream basically reliving the events of the day, there's nothing paranormal about that, I don't think.

I agree... I have these dreams about another me sometimes... Like me from another life... Its weird... And I dream my entire life through, even to my death. I got murdered. It really hurt... I could even feel the physical pain in my dream...
Thoth! :B I didn't know you had a thread here... and a neat one too. It makes me wish I still had the photos (more like know where I packed them) of the apparitions I photographed in a restaurant that's notorious for being haunted while I was out in California.

Thats so awesome! Yeah I totally believe in ghosts ever since I lived in a haunted house up north... And than I also went inside a haunted hotel in california... that place was soo creepy. ><
Yeah that experience made me a believer. It freaked me out really badly. I was with my mother eating at the The Brookdale Lodge in Santa Cruz, California.
During our meal, I got up at one point and took a few photos of the restaurant because it's so beautiful and neat.
I took a couple of photos from an angle similar to this one. I was actually sitting at the table where that waiter on the left is setting it.
In one shot, there was a bright teal colored orb (if you know what I mean by those) floating and leaving a trail along the windows with the black trim. Now there are no lights in there that are the same color as it was and my camera lens wasn't scratched or anything.
What freaked me out though was another shot, I got a shadow down by the white curtains near the water. It looked like a figure, probably a tall man, but I don't know, it was a shadow. It gave me the worst case of chills ever and freaked me out.
We didn't leave the restaurant but I avoided that part for the rest the evening. I asked our waitress if anything weird happens after I took the shot and THEN I found out about the place. xD; I wish I had the prints of the photos at hand, but they're packed away somewhere.
Oh yeah I've heard of that place before... I've never been there though.
That sounds spooky. Wow, its a really gorgeous lodge. I'd like to go there sometime. x3

I'd be so freaked out too... That reminds me when I lived inside a house I took a picture of my good friend and there was this strange shadow to the far left of the pic... At the time I hadn't known the house was haunted either but I figured it out later when lights and fans would turn on and off all the time. x--------x

I'm surprised you haven't heard of them. They have a show called Ghost Hunters and Ghost Hunters International. It's really popular and I love how analytical they are compared to other investigators. They go into places trying to debunk the myths, instead of going in there with mediums and such.

You know I remember watching one episode of ghost hunters once... Nothing happened that episode and it was sooo boring... XD Yeah, it annoys me when they just walk around with a medium, making the medium do all the work and than the medium is like "I feel bad vibes... I'm getting cold on this side of my arm." It pisses me off so much becuz I can tell they're just acting. ><
Yeah after watching that clip I must say I like how they go about analyzing paranormal events... Especially that young guy was pretty analytical about it.
Gabriel:: Yeah, I was opening the gate to go into my nana's yard, and I just happened to look up, and there were two of them, going really slow and a bit apart. They were silver and like cigar shaped. I've seen ones like them several times all my life, the first one when I was like 3 or something. And I know they aren't planes or something because several people have seen them with me and they don't have wings, or leave vapor trails or anything. Lol they just go floating along. o.o And then they aren't there anymore. Its weird, but its cool. xD

I've been in a few cemetaries in the states Missouri,California,Kansas,and Arkansas. Two Haunted Houses in Arkansas and 1 in Missouri. I've also picked up a few psychic impulses in my backyard.
@Christa: Wow, cigar-shaped... That reminds me of the cigar-shaped UFO that crashed in northern Russia 30 yrs ago.. Thats amazing, I've never seen one shaped like that before. Its amazing that you can remember a ufo event from when you were 3... is there any other time you remember seeing a ufo? First time I saw one I was like 6... I remember so clearly....
Was it silent or make a noise? Yeah, without wings and moving like that, it must have been a UFO! I've seen ufo videos at slow motion... ufo's come and go so quickly that its hard to see them when they leave with the naked eye but if caught on tape and slowed you can see how they depart... so cool! 8)
